User in question has not responded anything to the email we sent him despite me personally and the forum members here telling him multiple times to be in contact with our customer support. Until he doesn't escalate this internally, we are considering this case closed.

You never suggested me contact customer support, also, why should i after epicbet message where you say pretty CLEAR that i CANT do anything after your decision .
