If you still think that your KYC at ANYWHERE in the world is safe, then you have never visited darknet before. A simple TOR download and checking the darknet would show you that almost every single KYC has been published there already, you can easily find it and purchase the list, it's a huge data, I think even just info+images were like 1+ tb big last time I saw it getting sold.

So you can be sure that, if you have already shared it with anywhere before, then you can easily share it after this because it's already out and no need to hide it anymore. Not even biggest safest places like Binance keeps it safe, because they use third parties to get rid of the legal troubles that may come from hacking, and those third places gets hacked easily.

Rest assured any online casino that doesn't not require kyc isnt legally registered, and I know registration doesn't mean much to alot of us gamblers but this is supposed to contribute to how much we rate a casino in terms of reputation, a casino that can one day decide to pack all the money belonging to their users and run away without any body being able to trace them, not even the government shouldnt be counted as reputable.
Wrong, and this is because you do not understand what privacy and anonymity actually mean in practical. Sure, when it comes to new entrants to the market then there is a much higher risk of getting scammed by a casino that is anonymous. However, it is not impossible for a legitimate operation to be built this way and without registration. Just because they do not have registration, that does not mean that they can't be traced. The longer they operate legitimately, the lower the likelihood that they will do any kind of scam. Every day that they operate on the clear web and facilitate transactions, they are leaving small amounts of data in regards to who they are. For all they know, they could have been already completely de-anonymized through a non-targeted operation by the NSA or some other entity.

Therefore, just because you read some stories about people exit scamming this way that does not mean that nobody ever gets caught. Educate yourself more on the concept of anonymity, it is not an on or off switch, and perfect anonymity does not exist.

That's somewhat of an exaggeration, there is no proof that confirms that all KYC or nearly all KYC has been leaked. A proper study would have to be conducted and all the data that is being sold would have to be analyzed and contrasted with the total KYC submissions. Nevertheless, it is a very large amount and it most often comes from online services such as casinos and exchanges.

Id like to add that usually they do not worry that users are underage, if he is playing over VPN, if he has legitimate personal documents up to the point where user wants to withdraw the funds. Then suddenly they become vigilant about minors gambling, VPN usage and personzl documents.

Like you said, documents can be faked and videos can be generated with AI and unfortunately innocent people who didnt read TOC and are worried about their privacy pay the toll and are forced to leave their funds in the casino.

I think virtually most casino knows when you gambling with VPN but wouldn't complain if you are using a non Kyc casino. However, if you are using a Kyc casino that has your identification, that means they know about your real location, they will lock that account one day or at most they will not allow the account make a withdrawal when is the time to withdraw your winning from the casino, just avoid VPN and use your regular locations when using a Kyc casino.

In my home country, I used casino that only ask for my number, they don't ask you for Kyc or extra verification, just your number to open an account and your bank account to withdraw money which I do use lightning mobile bank for withdrawals since they are fast and reliable. So far, I enjoyed this than anyone and I think it's one of the best casino I use but the down side, they don't accept crypto deposit, just the local currency for deposits and withdrawals.

The point you mentioned is definitely a good point. Because since we like to gamble with crypto for financial freedom and privacy, doing KYC will not be much of an incentive. However, the sites that are in a good position in the market and are leading the market and that is to say, the sites that are known as trusted sites are making the KYC mandatory. So in that case, we are forced to do KYC to gamble on a good platform, who basically like to gamble regularly. And even if we don't like this, we have to do it.

No platforms similar to directbet have come into usage. In my view it is one of the platform that never request for KYC and works flawless. Nowadays each and every platform is centralized and require KYC to use the platform in a much wider way. The only thing that have termed to be better is the support provided from the platforms. At the beginning switching from directbet usage to KYC fulfilment seems to be a big thing and slowly got used to it.

Going by what most of us wants in using a casino for gambling, it would be preferred if we have the opportunity of not being asked for kyc because not everyone will appreciate giving out their personal information at the cost of using a casino to gamble, we also have to consider the benefit of this as it helps prevent accounts from those who want to take over the account from us, such could be the hackers or anyone willing to gain access to our profile and take over our account from us by all means.

I have a very negative attitude toward giving my personal data not just to casinos, but to any private organization, even a government database. They can always be sold, hacked, or used against you used to your disadvantage. And lately this issue has been bothering me a lot, because everywhere you turn, someone is trying to collect some kind of personal information from you. I try in every possible way to avoid giving out my data for as long as I can.

There can always be better ways to substitute this procedure. The fact that KYC verification is essential, your personal information/data is also relevant regardless of anything. The idea of data losses and theft should be adjusted in ways that's suitable to everyone.Remember to always use your personal informations on safe/legal platforms.

Currently, things are like this: KYC verification is required, something that, for me, is supremely unnecessary. Many claim that they don't want to lose their data or have it go elsewhere, but come on, we have our KYC in systems that are less secure What I don't like here is that every casino makes it seem like it's mandatory; there's no longer any right to privacy or anonymity.

The answer is no, that's why we are using a cryptocurrency because we dont want to expose ourselves, and also the convenience of the crypto casino in terms of transactions, but apparent some of the casino are seeking an advance KYC which is depends on you if you will use their services and platform but you need to comply or not. Players have the choice as always but we do prefer the casino does not require a mandatory KYC instead just a basic information for account creation and recovery. Base on my observation they will just seek a KYC if ever they will see something wrong about the players' activity in their casino.

I think casino platforms will also ask for KYC if a gambler makes a large deposit or tries to make a large withdrawal apart from their activities within the casino like how they play, or how they make bets, etc. Anyhow, most people these days barely care, they don't have a problem verifying their identity in any platform, because if they had cared, centralized exchanges wouldn't have as many users as they have these days, because in centralized exchange platforms, the first thing you need to do is verify your identity and then you will be allowed to do anything.

So that is proof that people actually are comfortable doing KYC on exchange platforms these days, which is also why most of the casinos that have the highest users are KYC-based, which means that even if they don't ask for KYC right away, they at least have it mentioned in their terms and conditions and they will ask about it at one point in the future when you are either making a deposit, a withdrawal, or something else occurs.

Nope, I don't really feel comfortable sharing my personal information or doing KYC verification, but if it is a something that needs to be done and the one who requires it is a trusted company then I am willing to comply with it.
Not just in casino or gambling but also in trading sites, there are plenty of gambling sites nowadays and some of them doesn't really requires a KYC verification so it is all up to us if we want to continue with it or look for a similar one that doesn't requires a KYC but still have a good reputation.

And lets not forget that some casinos remain kyc free as long as you the gambler keep losing money to them, or keep a minimal amount in winnings, the moment luck smiles on you and you win a significant amount of money, story changes, you will discover that a casino that was supposed to be a non-kyc casino have automatically turned into a kyc casino 😂
Yes it is the risk of playing or gambling in a non-KYC casino, if you are aiming for a big win then play in a trusted casino site in order to secure your profit, but if you are aiming to just have fun and be contented with some profit (Not a life changing win that could potential hold the account), then play with those non-KYC casino.
Not everyone is comfortable submitting their personal information online, specially when we are aware that some are using fake information to scam or our information might leaked and be used for fraud.
