Not matter how good you are in gambling, there's no need of learning how to relieve pressure or anger if you gamble responsibly. The losing streak is one of the things that makes me very stressed and frustrated, but I think it's normal because who would be happy if you lost your bet consistently with no sign if the casino is going to give you some? It's boring, and there's no fun in having a losing streak.

I sometimes do the same thing, or sometimes I go outside for a walk or play free fun games on the phone just to relieve this stress.

I completely agree with what you said. I personally experienced a major loss that filled me with rage & anger. Instead of taking a break, I retaliated by continuing to gamble, hoping to recoup my losses, which ultimately led to even greater destruction. It's wise to take a break & calm down when losses trigger anger & rage. If our minds can't think rationally, we won't reap profits, but instead will suffer losses.

I've also had moments of gaming rage when losses came one after another and I'd tilt. I wanted to smash the monitor because I realized I'd lost the money I'd already worked so hard to earn. This was a long time ago, when I was a young player and didn't understand many of the processes involved. Now, with extensive experience and a wealth of information, I understand that losses will always happen in games; it's just how we perceive them that matters. So I've learned to turn off the game when I realize it's extremely dangerous to continue, so as not to lose my temper and lose more than I can afford. It's better to learn to control yourself early, because it will save you a lot of money.

Using alcohol to cope with anger from gambling loss amongst gamblers is very common but personally,I don't find that remedy relevant.It's just that in many areas,when something happens,the acting reaction is usually "lets go for a drink."It's usually seen as a means to cool off or soften the anger from losing money.If you're not also careful,that'll lead you into another addiction(drinking/alcohol). There is no assurance that after losing a whole lot of money in gamble then you go to the club and take some beers or an alcohol so that you can be able to forget about all the losses you had while gambling that day or all the stress you had that day.
I think what will really help is to take a rest, like after drinking go back home and take your bath then sleep, maybe when you are awake you will become more stable than you were when you lost your money on gamble.

So the best way I do and also suggesting to you is, whenever you are playing gamble, don't put your mind at the game that you will win but it is 50/50. Either you loss or win and whenever outcome, you take. And you have to limit your gambling budget. Probably you loss those dollars because you winning and you were about to win big and unfortunately you loss all. That should be a greedy gambler approach.

While you have the time you can read some books that takes your mind away from the loses or listen to podcasts that serves as a motivation to you.

Optioning into alcohol to cure stress or anxiety is a temporary cure that will leave you with more problems afterwards, so the best thing to do is to try out some other activities different from anything near addictions.

Actually, the reason was that you lost money that you could not afford to lose, and that's why you got angry. Maybe you were tired of revenge betting. Most of the time, I stay within my limits, I specify an amount for that day, and whatever happens, I do not go beyond it. If I lose, I simply quit. If you want a way to control your anger, the best method is to go for a walk alone. You will not only find many ways to improve your strategies but also identify the mistakes that caused your losses, and your anger will be controlled.

What's the best approach is to avoid overdoing gambling because that is the one that is causing the stress, it is better to prevent it. I mean, we should not gamble or risk something that we are comfortable of losing because that is surely going to stress us out, it's better to manage our gambling budget or at least gamble responsibly. But it any cases if you are stressed what i usuall do is just to distract myself on doing things that is going to help me, one of my stress relievers is goign to the gym, it is a double purpose thing since working out is a healthy thing to do, plus it is also a stress reliever, I usually do physical stuff which I found very effect on my last job which was very stressful, Doing Running, basketball, gym, boxing is one of the best and healthy stress reliever in my opinion rather than partying or eating some unhealthy food,

Still, it depends on your preference, we are all different, but this was just a suggestion. What's important is your doing things that is taking our your stress, but still the first thing that i would recommend is do not let it happen, prevent it from happening.
