I remember myself around 2021, I gambled $10 losing it and redeposit with $50, till I'm lose $200 in total no win on my side. lol there many ways one can manage their emotions especially anger , some ways are sleeping, going out for a walk , hanging out with love ones  and all listed are related to stop betting or gambling for that day and do something else not something that will hard to the stress but something that will relieve it , most time whenever I experience losses , go out or prepare something to eat , or sometime i will just sleep on it .

The best way for me is to simply go out, either alone or with a friend, and spend some time away from the screen to calm my nerves and forget about what happened earlier. For most people, such things work and they can get their minds relaxed if they go out or do some other activity, but for some people, nothing actually works, and that's because their minds don't get settled on anything else, and no matter what they do, they still keep thinking about the losses, and such are the people who would then go back and spend more money to try and recover the losses.

Gambling is not good for people who can't control their emotions, or have the ability to forget about things or at least divert their mind and attention if they need to, because if you can't get your mind off the losses, you will never be able to be stress-free, because as soon as you lose some money, your mind will start torturing you, and it will make you spend more money, and then you will have more stress if you lose again.

If there is a big loss or the stress of that loss is difficult to handle, then I think he should definitely stay away from gambling for some time. yes as long as it is an amount we can afford to lose weight should see losing as a normal thing . Well, to be honest with you, there isn't even a good enough reason to be angry or feel disappointed as a result of losing a bet in gambling because for someone who understands gambling, he or she should already know that gambling always involves two possible outcomes and one being more frequent, those two outcomes are winning and losing, and the frequent one is losing..

A gambler who already know that his or her gambling can either lead to a win or loss should get angry if it did lead to a loss cus I supposed he or she must have prepared for such outcome, a gambler who gambles and does not expect to lose, and does get angry when he or she looses is not s responsible gambler.

Well I think it depends, for me I would say that it is normal for one to get angry when they loss thier money to gamble. Our brain is hardwired into that way for thousands of years in the evolution so we can't control that but keeping it real and knowing the possibilities are important that comes under responsible gambling and as you said one who knows that the two possibilities can happen with each bet and there is no relevance to the future or past bets that is what makes the gambling as truly entertaining.

Indeed, different people do have different views and emotions regarding to this matter and just like what you said, there are gambler who can simply accept the outcome and can do sleep after losing their money, but in most cases there are gamblers who can't ignore that and will feel anger to that results especially if the amount of the money involved is decent, they need to have alternative ways to forget and to move forward about that loss that they experienced.

As long as money is staked it’s normal to get angry as no body feels happy to lose money no matter how small the staked amount is, what only matters is how fast the gambler is able to heal from that lost if they stake high it will be difficult to move over it, compare to how easily it will be for someone who stake small and expect to win a little profit too.

If I somehow lose all my balance before the blink of an eye and it does not last me as it's supposed to, the next thing I will think of is whatever is going to distract my mind from gambling, and my choice will be based on what I have available around, but clubbing is never going to be an option for me.
