I don't think that this is a huge concern to begin with. But if other sportsbook bettors are turning into casino players, there's nothing wrong with that and vice versa. That's because we have different games to play and that also changes our mood whichever we have some good/bad moments with sports bet. Like me, whenever I am in a losing streak with my bets in sportsbetting, sometimes I find a way to release that frustration into casino games but at most times, I don't find an outlet to release that and I am simply stopping.

There is no reason for switch when both can fill up different level of excitement.

I think there is a huge likelihood of this happening because of the exposure. Some sports bettors being exposed to other games may likely decide to give it a try one day and from there on continue gambling there if they like the experience.

You are right with that, with in house games there is a lot of influence such as the house edge and the rest of what have you, so for that reason I still prefer sport betting since I can easily predict the match and with large percentage of accuracy is predictions most time's, this is why sport bettors seems to be at a large range.

Sports betting takes some time, such as waiting for the match to start &  the time between halftime but casino games have immediacy and are always available

Maybe because there might be something happening with their gambling sessions like losing a lot in sports betting and then thinking they could win in slots so it could be a source of shifting and vice versa.

I started with casino games and I still play casino games most of the time but I am not betting on very few sports too, so if what you are saying is true then opposite of it is also possible because both are now availble in the same platform itself so users no need to swith sites or go though KYC on different sites just for thesake of casino betting.

Everything you have presented here is true. Before I came to this forum, I focused only on sports betting. And it took me some time before I began to find casino games interesting. The reason why I began to show interest in casino games is that they are readily available and easy to play. It was usually boring to stay without gambling if some sports leagues had ended. Sports betting requires some forms of research but casino games are less stressful since they depend more on luck.

However, I don't think I will ever abandon sports betting for casino games. The latter will always be a spare entertainment when sports betting is not available. From my years of experience, I have not seen any sports bettor who has made that switch. Many of them concentrate on virtual games if there are no live games.

You can't blame such sportsbettor because if the game is already there, for sure, he will try his luck on the other games. But if not, I don't think he will play slots if the game is not available. So the likelihood for the player to shift depends on the availability of the game.

I was actually a sports betting lover from the beginning and I still am, but like others, I also occasionally play slot games as an extra explore. However, I have never felt the need to shift from sports betting to becoming a casino slot gambler.
However, I can't answer your question myself because I don't know what my state of mind will be in the future or whether sports betting will be my choice.
