Apologies all, I've been following this thread since my last post and the license thing pretty much confirms they're free to do as they like, which is.. sub-par for anyone gambling there, really. The least I can do is spread the word. But there's no such thing as bad publicity..

I supported the flag against them. No idea what that does, haven't read up on that yet, but what else is there to do? I noticed some casino topics on this website have large yellow warning tags on their topics, the XYes topic is due one, methinks.

In any case, thank you all for your insights. Of course, I'm the gambling addict so I should know better, but you can do the right thing 99.9% of the time and the wrong thing, gamble, 0.1% of the time and you're screwed. IF a casino mentions responsible gambling tools on their website and to contact support and they gleefully say it'll take months, that's a sign. Steer clear.

I'll wait to see what happens, but I'm not hopeful. Can't fight a scam casino like XYes by yourself, especially when you clearly need treatment instead of chasing after fraudulent casinos.

This is a straight-up lie. Their license doesn't exist. Therefore they aren't actually being held to any kind of regulatory standards, and its gonna be really hard to get this money back even if OP does have an actual case (which we don't know - none of us know - we are just taking OP's evidence in good faith).

Still, this is bad and I think Xyes should be tagged for lying about their license. There is a flag but I am the only DT supporting it, and surprise surprise, guess who is the only DT opposing it...

Since Xyes does not provide any kind of license number (they formally provided a made-up one, LOL), its impossible to verify the existence of their license. Several casino review sites have also stated that Xyes doesn't have a license:
