I would suggest to use a forum escrow when you are going to trade with any untrusted account. The process will be very simple. You will send the money (whatever the person demands + any fees for the escrow provider). The person will setup everything and provide you necessary information. You take control of your things and notify the escrow. The escrow release the fund. Good luck.

@fentanyl08, have you tried downloading their app and trying to create an account that way? As far as I can see, you're not the only one who has this problem, and some have managed to register through their mobile app.
