Sir, please check my issue urgently.
My uid : 36149423
User name : faisal0007
I have made two deposits in BC Game, but neither of them has been credited to my account. The amount has already been debited from my bank for both orders.

1st Deposit – 20,000 INR
   •   Status: Under Review
   •   Order ID: F-1848594933492430632
   •   Credited Amount: 0 INR
   •   Order Amount: 20,000 INR
   •   Txid: 20251…14091
   •   Created on: 12/11/2025, 7:55:09 PM

2nd Deposit – 10,000 INR
   •   Status: Under Review

   •   Credited Amount: 0 INR

   •   Created on: 11/11/2025, 5:54:14 PM

BC Game live support is telling me that the merchant has not received the money, but the amount has already been deducted from my bank account.
I have provided all proofs, including:
   •   Bank statement
   •   Video recording
   •   Screenshots of both transactions

Sir, both transactions are still stuck on “Under Review.”
Kindly help me resolve this issue and get the total 30,000 INR credited to my BC Game account as soon as possible.

Another day, another scam accusation against the BC game, and it's about deposits again. It's an Indian user with fiat transaction issues. Luckily, we have a superhero here who steps up and helps the victims who come to this forum. If Holydarkness had started charging fees for these consultations, he could have made thousands of dollars so far. I don't know when the BC game team will finally start looking at these fiat transaction issues to reduce it. There are more and more coming every week. As we have said before, I believe there are dozens more users who have similar issues, but they don't know this forum.

I suggest you also contact LoyceV and TryNinja. Even if you edited the post with the sensitive and identifiable information about yourself, those images are still online and easy to find. Ask LoyceV and TryNinja to delete them from their scrappers. They might do it themselves when they see their names mentioned here.

You can ask the same of joker_josue. He owns TALKimg. If you can't delete the images, he should be able to do it.

On to the point of the case, I don't see "Speed Up Ticket" or something like it, on both of the screenshots. It's a way that BC incorporate to mitigate the current back-log for fiat [especially INR] cases. That way, they don't have to rely on me to relay to my contact, and shorten the steps significantly. I noticed that you said you've submitted some documents. Have you perhaps pressed these buttons?

This is the major reason why most people do not value using fiat as depositing option due to this stress, but in cryptocurrency you wouldn't wait for any confirmation except from the Mempool where the validator has to approved it, this is for bitcoin, but altcoin it doesn't take this long to be confirm and some chains are almost instantaneous.

The reason you are not seeing the Speed Up Ticket on my screenshots is because my order is showing “Under Review”. I already uploaded all required proofs — bank statement, video proof, and transaction screenshots — so it automatically went into review mode.

Normally Under Review lasts only 7 days, but in my case it has already been 15–16 days with no update and no option to use the Speed Up button.
That’s why I’m requesting your help again, sir.
