Vizique did them in 2017 and 2019.  I don't think many were printed at all.  The 1/1s had slight variations.

what are the mintages of the Vizique notes? Is there any history on these? i think i might remember having seen these a while back.

The Notes featured above were all less than 60 per note design. They were a part of the Magnificent 7 series I made riffing off Banknotes.
Each one had high grade textured paper (differing across the various note series)
Laser Printed

The Charlie Shrem Note (not featured, had a batch signed by Charlie 10 of)

There are a few out there with one off embellishments like a faux holo strip, holo style B letter, tamperproof holos, keypair printed on.
I believe anons previous auction had a couple of the 1/1 due to embellishments and 1/1 because I only made 1
