There is no specific requirement to become eligible but bonus always comes with a catch. In crypto casino you will have wagering requirement which can be 15x or 30x depends on the casino and it must be mentioned somewhere in the bonus page. So if the casino said 100% deposit bonus and you deposit $100 and thought you could withdraw it as $200 straight away, then you are wrong, it doesn't work like that.

I am not a bonus chaser but for sure bonuses also comes with special conditions and requirements that you must meet to receive them, and in this case you may have not been eligible for that welcome bonus.

Before you deposit money, did you see any requirements to be eligible for the welcome bonus? If you didn’t see any requirements, then thats the first question which you should be asking them. Ask about the requirements to be eligible for the welcome bonus and see that they are going to tell you.

If they don’t have any valid reasons, or you notice something suspicious, then you should know that the gambling site cant be trusted, they just used the welcome bonus to deceive you just to going the gambling site, and they not really giving the bonus. After winning a huge amount of money, casinos like this can just decide to block your account.

Did you read the terms and conditions of the deposit bonus? It is very important to read it. If you read it and you are qualified, such gambling site should be avoided.

Just ask about the requirements for the bonus and why you are not eligible because in the end even though it is a welcome bonus but of course there must be conditions such as a minimum deposit or whatever it is that is a benchmark that is owned.

If you are still yet to contact the casino support, I think you should do that now, as you need an explanation as to why they never gave you the welcome bonus as promised. This is a funny scenario for you to register on a platform and you saw a  bonus on your account for you to make deposit and you can not find it again. This is purely strange and I don't know how that really works to have made it to happen like that.
There are still casinos that will give you a wlecome bonus and it doesn't mean that you can not get that bonus on fiat casino. Sometimes must be wrong with the support to have told you that you are not eligible for the bonus which must have made you to gamble on the casino without any problem.

If the support says you are not qualified, they should at least give you a genuine reason.  You could also go through the terms of service to check if there are conditions to enjoy the welcome bonus. If they didn't give a good reason for their refusal to give you the bonus, it's fraud. Maybe you should consider reporting them to the relevant authorities.

I rarely go to physical casinos. And the experience at crypto casinos has been wonderful. There have never been any issues with bonuses in some crypto casinos I have used. I'm not sure the results of that but I think what happened to you is actually pretty common, and from my own experience the best way to avoid getting denied a welcome bonus again is whether in fiat or crypto casinos, you always check the bonus terms beforehand, especially the required deposit method, minimum amount, and whether you need to manually opt in before depositing.

Irrespective of the payment mode, the deposit bonuses will not be credited into your main balance, it will be available for you to bet and once you met the required conditions, then you will be able to withdraw if there is any balance left. After reading few replies then I doubt it is possible to complete the wagering requirements.
