I need help regarding a FIAT INR deposit issue on BC.Game, and I’m tagging @holydarkness because I’ve seen them assist other users with similar problems.
Here’s what happened:
I generated a FIAT INR deposit order for ₹10,000, but by mistake I sent ₹19,000 to the UPI ID shown on the deposit page. Since the paid amount didn’t match the order amount, the system could not auto-verify the UTR.
My details (non-sensitive): • BC.Game ID: 99697320 (Monkeyluffy13) • Support Ticket ID: 9507926 • Amount Sent: ₹19,000 • Order Amount: ₹10,000 • Issue: UTR cannot be matched automatically due to mismatched amount
I have already submitted: – Video proof of the successful payment – Bank statement showing the debit – Payment screenshot – Full details in the support ticket
However, support replies seem fully automated, and I’m not receiving any real update from the finance team.
Request: If possible, I would really appreciate it if you holydarkness could help guide me or escalate this issue. I just want to know whether BC.Game will manually credit the full ₹19,000 or refund it, and how long this usually takes.
