TonPlay are Telegram bot based casino, also they on web, When I Withdraw My account blocked, they said I need verification, they sent me a verification link in email, I submitted all info Now they sent me this email-

" Hello!
The account has been blocked due to violation of paragraph 5.4 of the Platform Rules:
Only 1 game account per Player can be registered on the TonPlay Platform.

Unblocking the account is not considered

Regards, TonPlay team."

But I have only one account. Many user in Their Telegram channel claim they also block.

The support of this casino responds in detail and clearly regarding such a request as yours. What's the point of a casino just blocking a person who plays with them? This is absurd. I dare say that the problem is on your side.

OP has not come back to this thread since then despite being online even recently, so I guess it's safe to say he realised his mistake, or maybe they somehow resolved his issue?

I don''t want to bump this thread. I just like to add my opinion: when it comes to anything related to Telegram platforms like Tonplay, which are strict about one account only, but since you can have three accounts on Telegram as a free user, you may be unknowingly or accidentally joining the platform with your other accounts, and this trigger double accounting so when joining a telegram based platform be sure you know what account has joined the platform.
OP should update this thread, since he logs in recently, so we'll know the real situation of his issue

That's why I started discussing this topic in the hope that the author would come back and tell this story to the end. So far, there are more questions than obvious answers. I started playing at this casino myself and therefore I am more sensitive to any information that arises about this platform. No one wants to be made a fool of, which is logical!

He is inactive here since the last February 3rd. Since he didn't came here then expect him to have nothing to update about. Maybe he finally realised that the fault is by his side, not the casino fault. Why don't you PM him directly instead of pump here?

To be honest, I didn't even look at the last time it was active. That's the first thing. And secondly, if a person publicly declares fraud, he must respond in the same way publicly (IMHO). If you are not interested in discussing this topic, then you can just ignore it
