Welcome mate. I like the design of your website; it looks very neat and simple. I did actually go through your terms of service, but I could not see regional restrictions. Do you say that you are open to all countries irrespective of the standards of the country's laws?

Your customer care format is not clear to me. What is the point of demanding for email when you can just quickly respond to clients' inquiries? Do you not know that it could scare away potential clients, as not everybody would be comfortable giving out their mail just because they want to inquire about your casino?

Lastly, I think you should just look at other casinos' official announcement threads and see for yourself what their introduction looks like, and revert to your own thread to see the difference.

I'd rather a sportsbook have low limits and be honest about it by not allowing players to bet big and not be able to pay vs allowing the big bet that someone wins and a big scam accusation pop up from it. Feels like the old days when sites opened and used kelly criterion for betting on their sites.

The sport section is not easy to navigate, the matches are not displayed by leagues and the different ports are not easily distinguished. You can add a toggle display so when someone hover over a particular sport it shows the the name of the sport.

That is the best option for a new sportsbook - Only allow bets within ranges you can comfortably pay on and adjust it based on the growth of the service than to be unable to pay the big wins that happens every once in a while.

True, capping the max cashout is a welcome step in this case but there should be a cap on max winnings also as per the bank roll of the platform.

Firstly, the ANN presentation is terrible and needs improvement. Secondly, the vig/margin on literally every market is terrible(Especially Esports markets) which is unappealing to say the least.

Thirdly, the promotions aren't great and could use a lot of improvement. Also, no limit cuts does not make a lot of sense when the limits themselves are low from the beginning.

Inasmuch as they have it written here on their OP, it must be culled from their website, but here they have nothing about it on their website, which is why I asked because people who are not on this platform might visit their website to use it but unknown to them, their nations might be on the restricted listed and they get traped after making deposit. So this calls for transparency from them, and it will be nice if they capture it on their ToS on their website, so it would be visibly clear to all who visit their websites to use their services.

The OP simply didn't point out to the correct page. They have written it in full on the AML policy page, it includes high risk jurisdictions and gambling is prohibited.

Regarding EPL, the reason for a bit higher margins hides behind the specifics of our site - we focus mostly on providing the best possible experience for Esports betting and highest available live coverage even for Tier 3 scene. But, seeing that you have such passion for Soccer, would you mind telling us how much higher would you want the odds to be in order for them to be appealing? We really value your feedback.

For the second part, Pinnacle used to be the inspiration for the pro-betting community. But they have been cutting player's max-bets for at least four years now.

I can see you have very low limits in most of your games compared to other platforms. Does setting those very low limits in terms of withdrawal amount, maximum bet and others mean that you don't have the capital to shoulder big wins or you appreciate the importance of starting small and growing into a bigger casino? I want to understand your business model because most casinos want high rollers categorized in their VIP levels, this is different from what I see in your platform even though you still have VIP levels but very poor compared to what we have in other platforms.

That's actually a good sign that a new casino has a limit of maxbet and this shows that they only allow us to bet that they can afford us to pay in case we win. I am sure that as the casino grows, this max bet limit will be increased drastically.

Seems like they are focusing on DOTA 2 Live, it's gonna be widespread among the Dota 2 lovers.

Still a lot of work to be done on the website to be a modern sportsbook. Quickly comparing your odds with some other website I use they are a bit low and so are your margins. I understand it is a work in progress, I will be expecting the next version to be much better than the current one.

Sadly, we currently do not have a live cashout option, be we are actively working on implementing it.
