In as much as people would want to buy Bitcoin without actually knowing reason why they should invest, I'm still an advocate of investors getting to understand Bitcoin a bit first, and not just everything about Bitcoin but the basis knowledge before diving in, this way you won't get panicked when the market is doing its things.

IMO the only way to not panic when Bitcoin crashes is buying and forgetting about it. Like if you already lost it. Think about the people who bought more than 10 years ago: if they took their investment as a loss since the first minute, now they would be rich. There is nothing bad in rushing into the crypto market due to the good news heard about Bitcoin, as 95% of all Bitcoiners joined the space due to the good things they heard or saw about the cryptocurrency.

Nothing wrong for bitcoin investors to have fear, but don't allow the fear to lead you to wrong direction which is wrong because you have everything to control your fear to manage your risk in bitcoin investment, just make sure you invest what you can afford to lose in bitcoin because once you have this positive mindset toward bitcoin investment as a newbies, you will definitely achieve what you want in the future, I know newbies don't like to see bearish season again once they invest in bitcoin and hold because their focus is the bullish season to appear for them to release their bitcoin to increase their income, but if the bullish is not coming as newbies wish, that is when you will begin to see fear from newbies because they will not believe there will still be bullish season again.

I think this is just like the money you put into gambling although bitcoin is far different from gambling in terms of the way it operates but if you look at it closely fear of losing money is what kills most bitcoin people and not necessarily the price drop itself. If you put a small amount of money that you can afford to lose and you are able to still sleep well then when the price falls whether by 50% (I am not saying it will fall so drastically) but you will not cry and you will just take it as it is okay and it will come back hopefully. But just imagine that you used a money that is very important to buy bitcoin, every red day will give you headache and you will sell at the wrong time

so it is always better to never invest money you are scared to lose, you should rather check the price only once in a week or month instead of investing money that will not allow you to sleep and you are always staring at your phone every minute and single hours of the day.

Yeah truly I’ve lived it, after my first series of DCA price dipped beyond my expectations then I had a bit of fear when I saw it despite all the knowledge of Bitcoin I had, it still hit me but now I’m getting used to it, it doesn’t get me bothered at all.

One thing that causes this fear is if you’re constantly checking price chart, just keep your mind in such a way as your saving your bitcoin in a saving box. You don’t need to know how much you’ve saved just keep adding it, in the long run you’ll see you’ve accumulated more than enough.

I can agree with this. Everyone has a different personal situation, and investment decisions should be made based on one's own judgment and market analysis, in accordance with personal financial and other capabilities. 
People read about huge crypto earnings and think that making money in crypto is easy, so they invest money following their emotions, often euphorically, instead of first carefully analyzing everything, being aware that it is a high-risk investment, and investing only money they can afford to lose. 
It is always important to have a long-term personal investment plan and a clear exit strategy and stick to it.

Perhaps, you're referring to traders as investors and yes, they are investor that prefer to take risk knowing that trading is the hardest way to make money in this crypto space. You can be patient at a time when you avoid risk in investing. The best way to avoid risk is to invest through discretionary income. I don't really think fear of losing really vanishes, I think investors grow with it as the gather more information about how the market moves.
