Some facts:

• Only 100 pieces of 100 Via notes exist and most of them have been cut as standard. Neither of them have Key or Hologram, the hologram was pasted on Request and might have nothing under or some Joke or a line making no sense perhaps?
• Cardinal note is the First loaded non-commissioned Polymerbit note.The note was extremely detailed, with multiple layers and with an eye appealing red foil. (Only 100 pieces)
• Penguin being the Second loaded non-commissioned Polymerbit note. (Only 100 pieces)
• They were supposed to be part of Wider Birds of the World Series but never got completed.The Birds of the World Series featured a brand new substrate by STC.
• Cardinal and Penguin are only Funded note by Polymerbit AFAIK(The others are private or 3rd party commissions.)
