Bc Game Deposit Not Credited

Hi, Mc Game Id is 98232238 and my Username is Shree3210, today morning i deposited Rs.901 in bc game and transaction was successful but it has not been credited to account. Its been more than 4 hours now.
My order id F-1850262681719399116 and transaction id : 533502471666. Ticket no: 533502471666.

Also one more transaction of Rs 2501 is not credited

Is there really a need to create a scam accusation right away? Why not ask support for help first.

Bc game support is ai bot, their replies are bot generated and not supportive. Every time i ask for update on ticket they give same replies.

What I don’t understand is why do you keep using fiat deposit that keeps getting stuck. This is not the first time you experience yet you never learned.

Use P2P exchange to convert your fiat to crypto then deposit to BC to avoid inconvenience. There seems some issue on their fiat deposit using different currencies.

Is there any particular reason why you depositing using fiat despite having an issue?

To deposit using crypto i have to deposit in my crypto wallet using same fiat Channel as i have to for bc game, which is why i directly i pay through fiat. I have never used crypto deposit before.

Clearly, BC only has the problem with their fiat bank account. Exchange P2P like Binance is different since you are directly doing bank transfer to other user that has same wallet as yours to have a direct transfer on bank account.

You have choices for different fiat option on P2P and it’s your safest choice to avoid this hassle using crypto.

Shree3210, please exercise some patience and wait for at least 72 hours before escalating a thread and/or nudge me. Not because I don't want to, it's just that's the timeframe suggested by my fiat contact before a situation should be considered a situation and they can begin to look into it. And you're crowding the SA board with cases that's mostly will resolve itself, with a tad bit of patience, as evidenced by your other threads in the past.
