if i was him instead of WAITING 9 months i would... be PESTURING BFL everyday.

though i have seen in different businesses where customer queries are simply "gimme my moneys". with no info on order details, reason for refund, or a refund address yet the customers of theses sites class "gimme my moneys" as a rational and official refund request

that being said BFL are asshats and i have never bought a thing from them. im surprised people do buy stuff from them without doing the research

Let me clarify the 9 months... I was waiting about 6 months for 4 50ghs machines, Never got them,
Then they came out with the 600ghs card and told me I could get two of those instead, waited 2 more months,
Then they published something about refunds, and I requested one and it's been another month.  They said I have to wait 30-45 days till someone takes my place in the queue.  Still haven't gotten any money back or machines.

It's only 10k.  Wouldn't be worth it.  I'm expecting they will eventually refund me.

Wow... $10,000 is a huge amount. You should have at least threatened to file a lawsuit. There is no point in keeping that much capital stuck with the con-masters.

FINALLY got my refund from BFL.

Glad to hear that. You should use that money to buy Bitcoins directly from the market, rather than trying to mine your own. Right now, BTC is going at $470 / coin. I personally believe that this is the right time to make purchases. Once the Mt Gox scam settles, you can sell a part of them and book profit, or better you can keep them all for long-term.

Congrats!  They still won't give me a refund on mine because it hasn't been over 6 months yet.  Their system is a PoS compared to newer systems too.
