Well, I understand what you are saying, but for you to win big, you have to be greedy, taking small profit when you should have stayed longer and make more money will cost you a lot when you experience a bad trading day, because in trading you might use 2 weeks to make $1k dollar and use just a single bad trade to lose everything if proper risk management strategies is not implemented.

Everyone has their own way, but for me it is better to get small but consistent profits. So from there we can slowly increase our profits, so don't be too hasty to get big profits, because that can be dangerous for us.

You don't feel too confident about your trades in my sight, we all were in this place for too long when we were newbies, but with time we develop confidence in our action, whatever we do we have to stick with it, if you are an introvert which I can guess you might be (sorry if that's personal) than you might be Indecisive.

Closing every trade with only with 3% profit seems too little, but if that is enough for you to cover the losses from your stop losses, then maybe it is a good strategy. It all depends on the amounts you trade. 3% of $1000 and 3% of $10,000  or $100,000 are very different amounts of money, so I think you should base your decisions on your strategy and your goals.

You can control it only with time and learning from your feelings, for example bro you made 200$ profit and you could have made $200 more if you had not had tp in place, then you would feel regret and that regret is not healthy for a trader because what if the token dumps from that point and you would not have tp in place.

You might be making $200 in losses after that point. Many have faced this situation before and I am sure you too. So if you are making $100 in loss and you have SL in place, but you think it will recover so you remove the SL and it does not recover and dumps more and now you are making $200 in loss. I think I had this similar experience sometime back when I was actively trading, I discovered I always take profit with every little profit that enters I sell and later feel regret for selling even when that wasn't the plan. Then I discovered I was panicking not for anything but for the amount of funds I was using to trade, it was usually beyond what I was prepared to lose so with each little profit that top-up  the fear  not to lose makes you click the seller button. Why not try using the amount you're comfortable to risk and watch how you would react this time.

Taking profit at 3% gain means you have no patience whatsoever. Try to work on it and when you able to endure until 20-50% gain you can always take partial profit and let the rest of the bag running.
Having SL+ where you move SL to your break even point is also a good way to help control your emotions. Worse scenario you get your capital back, best scenario you got big profit.

All you need is to adjust your plan, try and be taking risk because these your plan is as if you are not taking any risk because a real trader will never take 3-5% profit just because he/she is afraid of losing money; what if the market go opposite your predictions immediately after placing your trade and you fall in loss immediately? Are you going to take the loss or wait for the market price to bounce back?

You need to take risk, but you should also learn how to manage the risk by applying stop loss and take profit. If you set TP and SL, you have assurance that you will not lose all your money to that trade if you use small leverage, your SL and TP will protect your trade to some certain level and you don’t have to panic anymore.
