When you are trading your Emotion matters a lot and there is no two way about it you need to control your emotion as a trader and when the trade is not in your favor then it becomes a serious problem because you will wonder we're the problem is coming from so before anyone should start trading they need to put a lot of energy in preparing there emotions and there times that a lot of things will go out of place and you don't have power over it the best thing will just be for you to let it go because most people don't understand what it means to let it go.
