That's provably going to happen especially when not checking their thread or replies posted especially if they rely on Ai.

What’s the testing phase if you don’t mind answering? Who’s going to participate or have the courage to event deposit one dollar inside your platform?
Your topic is missing most important things, no promotions, no bonuses and not even a clear front page.
The platform is like a new installed cheap script with all my respect, nobody is going to bother and sign up, not even for a tempting offer since it’s meaningless when there’s zero competition between other platforms.

The OP should read carefully the comments of real players and study the whole future plans, if you are willing to do a good marketing, then what’s inside your casino matters more than the marketing budget for now.

Man! there are so many things that is wrong with this platform/OP that makes me question about their trustworthyness. And despite asking nicely,  OP decided to lie about the licensing matter. So it seems they already lost some of their reputation.

You are right, as I have checked again to confirm what you have said here. The broken links are clearly showing down the web page, the words are not fully translated into English if one chooses the English option of language, for which they could read.

No idea if they are a KYC-free casino, no idea their restricted regions, and these are just some basic facts gamblers need to know about before proceeding with registration. Without this information, it would be very difficult for gamblers to proceed because no one knows what might happen in the long run, so they would better prefer to stay away than get themselves stressed up in situations like this.

Judging from the impressions given by people here and the fact you did not have some well-done and edited ANN in this thread I assume you dont have much knowledge on how to advertise and take the spotlight to your casino, so far it would seem there is still much work to be done in order for you to earn trust in this community and other gambling communities which use cryptocurrency to gamble.

I would be very helpful if you clarified where you are licensed and whether you are willing to provide more budget to your graphical design team, because it shows you need to invest more money on that front.

That's their prerogative to do so anyway. They chose such name because they are seeing something we are not seeing yet. It is their business, so they have the privilege to choose what they want. But how they will operate will surely have an impact if they can attract players or not.
As they have so many competitors already, they need to step up and offer something new to the community. They need to entice the gamblers here and hopefully, sustain the interest of the players. Usually, it is only in the beginning that players will have their interest, later on, they will just go back to their old casinos. So that's their challenge.

This format usually casino is using 3rd party payment processors which means you need to deposit exact amount to the specific address they will provide on the next process.

I think I saw this format on Winz.io. I do like the typical format of deposit which you are suggesting here since it gives simplicity on deposit.

Your chosen name can make sense with you, interesting with you but with me, with the Hellocasino team or with other people, it is a bad name.

No offence, but it is their casino brand name which was chosen already, while between HelloCasino and HCasino, I would like to use HelloCasino that is more easily remembered than HCasino.

They surely can change their brand if necessary but I don't think HCasino as your suggestion will be chosen.

Yes, it is like using a third party for the deposit process, what if the deposit is less than the specified amount, will it still be credited or just lost? The problem is that I have never been in a deposit casino where there is a third party.

Actually it's not only winz that I know with third party deposits, there are several other casinos also in this forum casino using the same method ‘processor payment’.

Especially with a minimum deposit of $1, it would be easier to use a ‘standard’ deposit as in general other casinos.

Maybe you have a problem with the browser you are using or your network is slow, usually it is a common problem that needs to be checked earlier than others, if you feel that your network is good and your browser is safe from interference, you can refresh continuously to make sure or use a different browser to make sure that the problem is not from the casino.
