I don't think it makes sense to block gamblers' accounts just because they win big. As long as they gamble safely, as is generally the case, it's perfectly fine. There's nothing wrong with it, and there shouldn't be any consequences for their results.

Logically, I believe it's very simple: if a casino can't pay out a gambler's winnings (regardless of the amount), it's not a responsible casino. I believe it lacks a good reputation.

I support your assertion. The way some of the casinos are doing is not good though not all the users are right with their allegations but related issues have been happening and it is not good for casinos to do such. The way I looked at it, the government is also supporting them partially and that is why they are doing all these. If a gambler wins big, casinos would not pay, and now because of the regular winning of a player warrant him to be ban. I think it would have been better they inform him that they can't pay him again because they are bankrupt in the casino so they would stop him from playing in the casino. Of course that will be the way to go. Just use a proxy and place your bets. However, if there are other gaming sites that also have the games the gambler bets on the banned site, it will simply be nice for them to move over to that site and avoid unnecessary bickering. I remember we used to do that at games as teenagers, preventing anyone who had won several games ahead of us. We would exclude the person and tagged them "champion". That "champion" tag did a lot of things to their ego as they saw themselves as exceptional and allowed the rest play on. Nobody likes to be at a receiving end. Casinos are a business and must stay afloat to remain in business. I won't blame them from cancelling anyone who's bent on wrecking them.

A Gambler should not be ban for winning so much, but However the casino or sport betting company are looking out to making profit, so if eventually a Gambler has been wining back to back in millions, they might decide to ban him expecialy if they feel that his cheating. Well I haven't heard of this before but in my community I heard sometime ago that if a Gambler wins so much that it affected the company they will shutdown instead of baning the gambler. But in this case reverse is the case.

If they feel like someone is cheating, I think they have the right to ban or refuse service to that person, especially when it is indicated in the terms and conditions. Most people will accept it because we are all too lazy to read everything that's written there.
After all, casinos/sportsbookies are businesses. If they feel something threatens their ability to make a profit, they must eliminate it before it is too late. It may sound unlawful, but it could be if it's written in their terms. I don't think its even possible that a gambler wins more often to the extent of being alarming to the gambling casino, but if such should occur, it means nothing, once he is not violating on any rules to cheat on their system put in place, so its improper for the casino to limit the gambler without a course, instead they can limit the odds maximum reach, but for a single player, i doubt if there could be a consistent winning on a streak like this.

If I hadn’t seen where a bookmaker representative claimed that they do block and restrict players who are winning too much, when they asked why? He said that those gamblers who have a high winrate are not good for the business and thus the reason why they are being restricted or being blocked from using their site.

It sounds as if they are saying “we don’t want our users to win, let them lose so we’d make more money from them” that’s simply how gambling works and if you’re a high roller that has a low win rate you’ll get lots of bonuses from them simply because they are trying to keep you tied to their site while they’ll milk you out and when you start winning you’ll mysteriously notice that there are now more issues than when you were losing.

They can do that without notice, leaving gamblers sad. If you win big, you must not playing gambling, withdraw the money and enjoy it. That will be better because you will not get into any trouble especially being banned from the casinos, even if you win big. It may not be fair for gamblers but we can't do anything. I also dont think that casinos should ban player who has won a lot. Instead, they should use him as a promotional tool. Show everywhere that it is possible to win large amounts in their casino and they make payout without batting an eye. Banning or limiting gambler in rights after he has a big win always make people doubt if casino is fair, what later cause number of clients loss. At the same time, if gamblers starts to win frequently or never lose, if I was casino, I would start an investigation.

I never found it fair when sportsbooks ban someone for winning much. IIRC, there was this post here, where it was about passing a law which doesn't allow sportsbooks to ban players, no matter how much they win — I am all in for such law, everywhere where gambling is legal, should have such law.

Unless gambler wins money by doing shady stuff, they never deserve a ban.

I think it’s ridiculous for betting companies to ban players just because they win big. If someone isn’t cheating and is simply reading the game well and placing smart bets, there shouldn’t be any punishment for that.
The betting site has no problem taking your money when you lose, so why react this way when a player wins? If they want to manage their risk, lowering the limits is a much more reasonable approach.

With this story, gamblers finally saw the light, realizing that casinos are a place to make money only for the casino owners, not for the gamblers? That's how it was designed from the start, and those who don't fit into this concept will be banned.

The casino can do whatever it wants because it can change the rules any way it sees fit. Every gambler is completely at their mercy and control (the casino controls their deposit). All this talk about whether a gambler can or can't be banned is a waste of time. The casino will do whatever it wants to do to a player.

On the other hand, there are always loopholes that gamblers can exploit. Banned and unable to place a bet? Find someone you trust to place the bet for you. This battle between the casino and the gambler will be endless.

It's more profitable for the casino to ban these "lucky ones" and keep their profits, rather than incur losses. Your offer simply isn't interesting to the casino, as it's not a place where they just give away money to everyone (quite the opposite).

Like don't the casino want people to win? are they just comfortable that millions of people are losing games. Getting banned just after winning bigger was most common scenario in online world and it is not limited only with casinos but there were trading platforms which practised such thing in the past and not sure as of now as I am not hearing similar news these days. Exchanges or casinos will go for investing your activity after you place your withdraw request and if they find anything suspicious then they will immediately go banning the user from all types of activities with them.

At the same time, scammy places do misuse this for forfeiting all your money. In such cases, regulated services cannot escape with your money but for the cases of non licensed casinos or exchanges, we cannot do anything.
