Hello, everybody! I was a Stake VIP user, and because I was traveling abroad for work for a while, I was out of the country. However, when I returned, I saw that my account had been attacked and that both my email and Stake accounts were stolen. There was no 2FA verification, so it was compromised.

When I tried to recover my account, even though I submitted all the required documents, they asked for proof of the last 3 transactions — but I did not make those last 3 transactions, so they cannot be verified. How am I supposed to resolve this? Sad I’m very upset, and I have been a Stake user for a long time. Please help me.

This has been the second time I am seeing this kind of topic, but I do not remember if the first one was about Stake or not. I really hope this is not about selling Stake accounts to people and trying to recover back the account back after selling it.

If not because we are reporting selling of Stakes account on this forum, such offers were very many on this forum before until we started to report it.

I hope this case is different but it is hard to believe.

No option than to continue communicating with Stake customer care.

Now after reading @Charles-Tim post I am feeling this way because if he fails to provide last 3 transactions than surely it's not scam accusation or anything related to this most chances he is having bought account and now trying to recover.

All I think you've got to do is calm down and explain yourself and the issue you are facing to the customer care support or management of the casino (which ever of them you are in contact with)..
And I will love to ask, as a stake vip, you should have a vip host right? What happened to your vip host? This is the person that is supposed to be in the best position to help you sort out this issue if truly what you are telling us here is the truth, I will advice you contact your vip host and let him or her know the issue you are facing with your stake account, he or she will be the one to reach out to the relevant department that will ensure that the issue is resolved without putting you under some kind of serious stress or burden.

But incase you do not have a vip host, well, you do not have a choice but to simply explain the the customer service personal or the management of the casino, they will definitely understand you at last and do the needful, but only if you are not lying though.

Do you have transactions from before your account got attacked like your deposits and withdraws? Because if you can't access the account how do you know the last 3 transactions are not yours?

The only thing you can do is explain the situation very calmy and with details so they understand everything and then you can provide your first transactions from the start when you had the account in your possession.

I think no one outside of stake.com casino can help you here because it depends on their internal issues and policies on how you recover your account.
And for this reason I think you might benefit more from talking to stake live support directly or talking to a stake.com forum representative than this kind of public topic. Also, another thing you can explore forum.stake.com and see you can get some help there. Hope you will get your account soon.

First of all, thank you for your advice.
About selling the account, let me say this: why would I sell an account where I deposited millions of dollars? Am I that stupid?

Also, you’re judging me without even reading what I wrote in the thread! I’m saying that I cannot access my account and that I’m ready to provide everything necessary. I withdrew 200–300 thousand dollars from this account in a single transaction. Would I really trade this account for 3–5 thousand dollars?

The support team already told me that the last 3 transactions do not belong to me. I can see the old transactions, but they said the recent ones are not mine and could not be verified.

Think before you judge people and speak accordingly.

If I understand you very well buddy, I believe you will not be able to get access to the account which could be the reason you can't get those three last transactions. Well, stake will be ready to open your account if you are able to prove you are genuine and sincere. For now I have read two important suggestions for you and I believe that should be what you will follow.

One is to reach them on their ANN thread and get to the customer care. Second is more important with the level of your account you should have a VIP host personal as @Fivestar4everMVP asked and I believe that should be a personal representative for your account. This agent should be responsible to your account and so you can reach out to the representative and he will be the one to assist you and do a thorough internal investigation on your account. I believe through your personal representative search, if nothing illegal happened to your account, stake can reset your account and allow you access back to it.

But why did you stop using the account? Does it mean when you travel out of your country you will lose access to the account ? I am asking because you mentioned that you stopped using the account when you quite your job. If you were actually using the account, the hackers wouldn't have access to it. And I am suspecting that, someone knows you did it. You might have allowed someone to login with your device before.
Who knows if you were still using the account even after quitting the job you would have been able to meet up with the 3 transactions requirements for the account unlocked verification as you stated.

From what I understand, when you traveled, there was no money in your account. This means the person who took your account made some deposits, gambled, and withdrew funds. Since you've had the account for quite some time, I suppose Stakes support is asking you to show proof of the last three transactions you made before it was hacked, not the three transactions made by the supposed person who took your account. It wouldn't make sense for them to ask you to prove the three recent account lockouts when you no longer had access to the account. It seems like something is wrong with your story.

First of all why will you not set a 2FA authenticator on your stake account since you were a VIP member in the casino? This is very hard to believe but if this is true then you have to visit their ANN thread which have already been given to you earlier. Thesedays hackers are everywhere, looking for private and important things to hack so that they either sell it if make use of it illegally.

Even didn't make the last three transactions, you can send them some transactions you have made will the account and the address in the account were the transactions were made to and former use name of the account and the email. Let them send messages to the former email address before the new one and if it it is you you send them back the message in the chat or in the support team.

There are things you will do for them to ban or allowed you to use the account but for me, don't use that account again Instead Open new account.

From my understanding after reading OP its simple case he needs to provide 3 last transactions and his account will be ok for him from Stake, but he fails just because of this now they are not sorting out this case. After this as mentioned by @Bright0515 if OP is VIP than why he is not activate 2FA because it's always important for any user and OP is already VIP mean more important for him, I am not sure anyone can help him just try to arrange last 3 transactions and recovered his account is the best option for him.

From my understanding after reading OP its simple case he needs to provide 3 last transactions and his account will be ok for him from Stake, but he fails just because of this now they are not sorting out this case. After this as mentioned by @Bright0515 if OP is VIP than why he is not activate 2FA because it's always important for any user and OP is already VIP mean more important for him, I am not sure anyone can help him just try to arrange last 3 transactions and recovered his account is the best option for him.
From what the op said on his reply, he didn't use his stake account since he traveled, which means he did not have any prove of those three transactions.
If the op can no longer have access to his stake account, it's his fault because he's supposed to activate 2FA authenticator on his stake account. Maybe the account is not important to him that's why.

About selling the account, let me say this: why would I sell an account where I deposited millions of dollars? Am I that stupid?

Also, you’re judging me without even reading what I wrote in the thread! I’m saying that I cannot access my account and that I’m ready to provide everything necessary. I withdrew 200–300 thousand dollars from this account in a single transaction. Would I really trade this account for 3–5 thousand dollars?

The support team already told me that the last 3 transactions do not belong to me. I can see the old transactions, but they said the recent ones are not mine and could not be verified.

Think before you judge people and speak accordingly.
That must be tough and you're a VIP on them and there should be a better process on how you should comply to them compared to the usual users that have made less wager than yours. Don't they have any other means of verifying that? you've told them already that it's not from you and your account has been compromised thus, the last 3 transactions were made. And if they've said that it doesn't belong to you, does this means that this case is already resolved? Because if they have confirmed that then, everything is good and fine again?

I mean, most of hacker or the one who hacked someone account are always making outside transaction not deposit. Meaning, they're targeting to withdraw a money not deposit, do you have a confirmation is your ID are confirm match with the data you are upload on your account ?
