Do you think our emotions is the attribution to our loses while gambling?

Emotions can be an important factor that can contribute to losing a bet but when situations like this happen especially at the beginning of a bet I think it's more about ambition than emotion because in some cases I always feel the same way where my ambition when betting makes it a problem afterwards.

A simple example is when I bet on a favorite club or a big club even though I know their performance is not very good but I still try to force myself to be at the club even though the risk is very large.
Conditions like this do not happen once or twice for me but often happen even in last night's match I also feel the same thing where my bets actually end in bad luck just because my ambitions are too big to be in a favorite club / club that has a great chance of winning.

The thing is that many people getting money from gambling is also part of the fun and we can't deny that fact.
