I am the one being sued by Vod and I think potential lenders should know that this case is beyond the statute of limitations for libel and has very little chance of recovering anything so your "loan" is most likely a donation.

My Statement of Claim lists multiple defamatory posts from 2023, 2024, and 2025.  
The limitation period only applies to old posts—not the dozens of newer ones he continued making year after year. The court will be looking at the *recent* defamation, which is well within the limitations window.

As for “little chance of recovering anything,” OG knows very well that he has exposed himself to serious liability. The lawsuit includes:
• repeated accusations of criminal conduct (“pedophile” etc.)  
• years of malicious personal attacks  
• mocking a disability and medical condition  
• documented contradictions showing he knew his statements were false  

Under defamation law, knowingly spreading false allegations of criminal acts is one of the clearest paths to liability, and courts treat this as malicious by default. When malice is shown, the normal defences (truth, fair comment, honest belief) no longer apply. The evidence already filed shows this pattern plainly.

OG can say whatever he wants on the forum, but he must defend those statements under oath in front of a judge. That is where the truthfulness, consistency, and motives behind his posts will actually be evaluated.

So once again, I'm looking for a personal loan so I don't have to hire a Litigation Funding Company.  They are very thorough - they would find all his wallets, see if he defrauded government pandemic benefits, etc - but they also take up to 40%.  I could offer a 10x loan return (just an example) and would be very happy doing so.

Maybe.  Oggy could delay up to and including trial (2028) if he wants to go to prison.   He will settle before that, probably once he has to lie under oath.  I sent you a PM thanking you for the offer, but I'm not looking for daily expenses.  The money would go to a reducing the lawyer's take on the settlement.  If you wanted to organize a bunch of small donations that would be fine, but my time is much better spent rebuilding my reputation here now that bozo is a recognized liar.

That's the crux - his jokes were so perverted they were hard to bring to counselling and/or authorities - even to this day people don't want to look into the truth because his hobbies are so disturbing so they just assume we are both sick.
