I agree with you that registering in multiple gambling sites doesn't authomatically qualify a gambler as an addict because a gambler can be using only one gambling site to gamble and be an addict. Although I think that between 1 to 4 gambling sites is understandable for a regular gambler but registering in up to 10 gambling sites and be active in all of them is quite off. Still some categories of gamblers who are not addicted will like to be exploring different casinos to increase their fun, it is fine if they're gambling responsibly.
