Unfortunately, we have been aware of this error for several weeks, but there are always more important things to fix than the mobile website. We do not know the statistics because we do not collect them, but it can be estimated that there are few users who use exchanges from their phones. Mobile phone users usually choose centralized exchanges or their wallet applications for crypto exchanges. It will definitely be fixed, but I don't have any ETA.
This is not exactly the best way of thinking. Many more users come via mobile devices than via desktop computers. I wouldn't ignore this segment at all. Adding a "hamburger" menu should not be too much of a task, just a few lines of code. Even without using JavaScript.

You would be surprised how large a percentage of crypto users do not use a desktop computer at all, but do everything via a mobile device. They do not have hardware or special wallets, but use those that have a phone application. Those who are a little more aggressive, who trade daily and transfer their crypto assets daily, or those who hold long term, are certainly not users of instant exchanges.

Yes, there are few people who have desktops and laptops and almost everyone has mobile phones, so it is obvious that the majority of the users are using mobile phones for crypto exchanges/swaps and SageSwap should make sure that their app provides the same services as through the desktop. Sometimes back I happened to see a survey where around 70%+ of the crypto user prefer to use mobile wallets instead of desktop wallets. So aren't users would prefer crypto swapping through mobile app instead of desktop softwares?

========================== SageSwap - Development Update Date: 02/14/2026 ========================== Hey, We’ve been quiet for a while, but we’re back with some really good news! First and most important: The long awaited AML Swaps are finally here! This is a new way to exchange your "Dirty", flagged, high risk or just problematic coins without any hassle. No need to contact support anymore - you just go in and swap. How does it work? AML Swap ( https://SageSwap.io/AML_Swap) It’s basically the same as a regular swap you already know. The only real differences are: - The only output coin available is Monero (XMR) - You can use any coin we already support as input - We charge a base fee + up to 2.2% per swap (everything is clearly shown before you confirm) Just click "Get Rate" and you’ll see the current rate including all fees right away. Want more details? Check the Help section! ( https://SageSwap.io/Help) Smaller changes & improvements: - API - added new endpoints, cleaned things up, overall performance should be noticeably better - Fixed a bunch of smaller (and some bigger) bugs you guys reported (still more to do, but we’re getting there) - Slightly updated FAQ - New trading pairs added and now live: ZANO & Bitcoin LightningThat’s all for now! Thank you for using SageSwap. We really appreciate your support and hope to see you back soon! Why do you have to create a separate shit for this type of swap? Can’t you process the transaction right away when you see that it’s big AML? What’s the problem?

Such type of fix won't be a tough job. Most of the platforms works pretty well on wide number of devices and it's true that there are a good number of crypto people who don't use laptop or desktop for the swaps instead they use smartphones for the task.

If we hadn't created a new tab, we wouldn't have been able to make automatic exchanges, because not everyone with a large AML wants their transaction to be processed for an additional fee, and we often end up refunding such people. If we did this in one tab, we would not be able to make automatic exchanges, or alternatively, we would not be able to offer refunds if someone did not agree to pay the additional processing fee. There is no possibility of blocking, stopping, or anything else in either mode, i.e. Standard Swap and AML Swap. Neither mode will ever block funds or ask for your data. If you try to send coins with a high AML score to Standard Swap mode, they will not be processed, and you will have to write to support to provide information on whether you want a refund or if we should process the transaction for an additional fee. In the case of AML Swap mode, all transactions are processed automatically without the need for support team intervention.

They will never think to block your money. They know it will ruin their reputation. So, you don't need to feel worried. As far as I know SageSwap team is very professional and honest. They even want to to offer refunds if there is no agreement. You may not find this option in another platform. I'm sure you have understood very well after some explanation from SageSwap team above. Hello everyone,
I have been using sageswap.io quite frequently and overall I am satisfied with the service. However, one aspect that concerns me is the current security deposit of only $2,000 held in forum escrow.
Other providers, such as splash.tf, have placed a significantly higher security deposit here on the forum. A deposit of just $2K unfortunately leaves me with a slight feeling of unease.
I want to be very clear that I am not accusing sageswap of anything, nor am I suggesting that they would ever consider waiting for a high-value swap (above $2K) to perform an exit scam. That is absolutely not my intention.
That said, with the number of swaps I have completed on sageswap.io, it has been somewhat inconvenient to split larger transactions into multiple $2K portions each time. Personally, I would feel much more comfortable if the security deposit could be increased to something like $6K or even $10K.
What do others think about this?
Best regards Billy

Hi Billy, we considered increasing the escrow deposit, but decided not to do so for one main reason, the $2,000 is sufficient for about 90% of people who use SageSwap. We're not saying that we won't increase the deposit in the future, but as of today, there is no need to do so. If you look through the thread, you will find a post where a user exchanged $10,000 and thought it was a scam related to exiting the system due to delays. Of course, this case was clarified, but I mention it only to show that there were transactions worth more than $10,000 and they were completed without any problems (even if there were some delays on our side). Remember that you can start little by little, like starting with $2,500, then $3,000, and so on... Do what you think is best and let us know how it goes!

It might sound like I'm defending Sageswap, but certainly any deposit in escrow is a good thing. Especially if it really is, as they say that 90% of swaps on their platform are within that amount. Interestingly, this complaint is that there is a small amount in escrow, while some other exchangers have not deposited anything in escrow and are fine. It would be better if all exchangers, even those with the biggest potential, escrowed some funds. Probably this part of the industry would be much safer that way.
