Everything is good, except fees.
May be it is a problem mostly for my situation: i often swap small sums for everyday expenses and 6% is to high for me.
It seems nice to swap big sums here, possible it will become my main exchange for such purposes, but for everyday use is costs too much for me.
Fees can sometimes be quite high, but that is the price you pay for a TRUE never KYC service that does not store your logs and pass them on to anyone else. We only charge higher fees for lower amounts.
I am glad to see a new no-KYC exchange on this forum. Welcome! The more, the better. I have a few questions about the service after checking out your website.
The first one is about blockchain confirmations. I couldn't find any information about this on the site except that a swap takes 5-30 minutes. Can you tell us how many confirmations you require to start processing swaps for the different coins your exchange supports?
We do not specify how many confirmations we need because this may vary. Sometimes we will need one, and sometimes more, depending on the coin, the amount, and when the transaction was created. After the recent “attacks” on Monero, some services still require 10 confirmations for amounts such as 1 XMR, and we are able to process such transactions in less than a minute after the first confirmation.
You say that for small swaps below $50, you can charge users an additional fee of up to 6%. More precisely, those extra fees

When will these extra fees be charged and when will they not? Can you provide a few examples?
In 99% of cases, additional fees will be added. The only exception is when we have small reserves of the coin you are exchanging, and then we can offer a better rate.
Lastly, about the possibility of losing funds if a user sends less than than what was specified in the order. Why can't the swap be processed even if you send less, taking into account a new rate and applicable fees without the need of contacting support and worrying about possibly losing your money?
This is no longer true. For some time now, when you send a smaller or larger amount, it will be processed normally, but it may take longer than usual. We forgot to change this in the FAQ, but it will be changed soon.
