That's true, I thought this measure would be implemented for residents of my country, but apparently facial recognition will be worldwide, so Discord isn't a good option because you'll have to give up your privacy to use it. It's not a good idea to include Discord, especially if you're using a platform that prioritizes privacy like Sageswap.

You mean this rule is not implemented in your country? Other than this, well, if I have to tell you about my side, Telegram is banned in my country too long time, and to access it, I have to use proxey or VPN and after the passage of some time (maybe a week or two) proxey get exprire and i have to change to proxey again to access back to my telegram account. Haha, this is kinda little headache, that's why I was suggesting some other source of contact.

The funniest thing is that, surprisingly, X is also banned in our country at the same time. But the best thing here is that the project team has added an email PGP option, which is the finest option to reach out while being anywhere on the globe.

Of course, reaching the team through email should be the priority. However, you can contact them through telegram channel as well if they don't reply it for a long time. They may be unaware that you send email to them. 

I don't think discord is a good idea. There are many people who aren't really familiar with discord. I am also a part of the people who rarely use discord. So, it is still better to keep using the current existing options.

I'm checking the supported coins of sageswap and that's a lot, I guess that it can be more soon with how the demand copes up. The likes of the alts where I can test the service are also there, I'll be trying to swap out later and see how quick it is.

They're also active on this thread, and as I can see they're very reactive and replies a lot which is a good sign that they're catering all of the possible concerns or feed back of their users.

Sure, it will apply to all countries. The rules on the social media such as discord, X, FB and the like are applied globally. So, there will be no excluded countries. If there will be a requirement for Facial KYC, I'm starting to consider again leaving those social media.

Yep, session isn't quite popular, it can be safer than those social media. Anyway, email should be one of good option if we want to reach the team any time. It is safer than other options.

May be it is a problem mostly for my situation: i often swap small sums for everyday expenses and 6% is to high for me.
It seems nice to swap big sums here, possible it will become my main exchange for such purposes, but for everyday use is costs too much for me.

The first one is about blockchain confirmations. I couldn't find any information about this on the site except that a swap takes 5-30 minutes. Can you tell us how many confirmations you require to start processing swaps for the different coins your exchange supports?

You say that for small swaps below $50, you can charge users an additional fee of up to 6%. More precisely, those extra fees may be charged:

When will these extra fees be charged and when will they not? Can you provide a few examples?

Lastly, about the possibility of losing funds if a user sends less than than what was specified in the order. Fees can sometimes be quite high, but that is the price you pay for a TRUE never KYC service that does not store your logs and pass them on to anyone else. We only charge higher fees for lower amounts.

We do not specify how many confirmations we need because this may vary. Sometimes we will need one, and sometimes more, depending on the coin, the amount, and when the transaction was created. After the recent “attacks” on Monero, some services still require 10 confirmations for amounts such as 1 XMR, and we are able to process such transactions in less than a minute after the first confirmation.

In 99% of cases, additional fees will be added. The only exception is when we have small reserves of the coin you are exchanging, and then we can offer a better rate.

This is no longer true. For some time now, when you send a smaller or larger amount, it will be processed normally, but it may take longer than usual. We forgot to change this in the FAQ, but it will be changed soon.

Correct, have to get VPN's to bypass the system, and as I said its a kind of headache. Other than this, thanks for mentioning that part, but I have tried the PGP method to send massge on another forum, and that method was recomended my by another user. Actually, that information I got first at that time when I was joining a free raffle on that forum, and the winner has to share his perosnal detail that i don't think is best.

But at that time someone told me about the PGP encryption method, and with the help of this, our message can be seen only limited time and by selected users only. This is why I liked that option of SageSwap exchange.
