Hi, thank you for your questions.

We have already answered this question above. It all depends on the coin used in the swap. Usually, the swap will be accepted and done, but it may happen that the swap will not go through. In that case, you will need to contact our support team to get a refund. Of course, the refund is without KYC and free of charge.

If the AML is high, the swap will not go through and we will be forced to make a refund. If a refund address was entered when creating the transaction, our team will arrange for the money to be sent within 24 hours. However, if no addres was provided, the user will be required to contact support and provide a addres to which we will send the funds. Of course, in this case, KYC will not be necessary and the refund will be free of charge.

That's some cool feature you've got. I think that I've never encountered that way of doing the deletion by the user's themselves.

You've got a guarantee that you'll be deleting the transaction in a week and there's this option as well.

It's a very convenient feature if the transaction is successfully done and we have the choice to delete it by ourselves.

Unfortunately, you didn't provide us your transaction ID, so I can only guess why this happened. Please note that our FAQ mentions that every transaction is created as a “Float Rate” so if the coin rate changes while your transaction is being processed, you may receive more or less money depending on the rate.

In this case, it is highly likely that this is what happened, so it is not an error.

As for your question about TXID, it will likely be added during the next major update.

If you want to find out for SURE what happened to your transaction, you need to provide the transaction ID because, as support, I am unable to check a given transaction without the ID  Smiley

The amount changed because the coin you used dropped in value while your transaction was being processed. If you calculate the percentage drop the coin you used + our transaction processing fee will give you the amount you received. We apologize for the inconvenience and will definitely change this in the next update so that the final amount you receive is always updated in real time.

Today I exchange approximately 5K from one crypto currency to another. That trade went fairly smooth and was paid out within minutes.

Then I started the next exchange (same crypto currencies) for approximately 12K. Even after many network confirmations are done, the trade was not paid out. It has now taken over one hour.
