If a refund address was entered when creating the transaction, our team will arrange for the money to be sent within 24 hours. However, if no addres was provided, the user will be required to contact support and provide a addres to which we will send the funds. Of course, in this case, KYC will not be necessary and the refund will be free of charge.

Please note that our FAQ mentions that every transaction is created as a “Float Rate” so if the coin rate changes while your transaction is being processed, you may receive more or less money depending on the rate.

In this case, it is highly likely that this is what happened, so it is not an error.

As for your question about TXID, it will likely be added during the next major update.

If you calculate the percentage drop the coin you used + our transaction processing fee will give you the amount you received.
