I have your details and your order ID, as well as have escalated it to my contact. So, despite that contact is on leave and your order ID has passed 60 days period, with some luck [pun intended], it won't matter and we can still have it handled. Please wait a little, BC is currently trying to assign me a spare fiat contact.

This is close to an international holiday season, and many casinos turned into skeleton crews to provide most of theirs staffs time for their holiday, so this "spare" will very likely have to be from a make-do staff that they can really spare to handle the matter while handling their own matter that assigned to them as the skeleton crew.

Sir, this UTR was already provided by BC.Game a long time ago. I have checked it multiple times with my bank, and they have clearly confirmed that no transaction has been received against this UTR.

As per my bank, a valid UTR is 12 characters, but the reference provided is longer and does not match the bank’s UTR format. Because of this, the bank confirms that the transaction never reached them.

I have not received my funds in my bank account yet. I sincerely request your help to have this matter reviewed on the payment side and get my funds credited. Thank you.

As confirmed by the bank staff, this bank uses a 12-character UTR for inward transfers. The reference provided earlier does not match their UTR format, and the funds were not credited.
