This is close to an international holiday season, and many casinos turned into skeleton crews to provide most of theirs staffs time for their holiday, so this "spare" will very likely have to be from a make-do staff that they can really spare to handle the matter while handling their own matter that assigned to them as the skeleton crew.

Sir, this UTR was already provided by BC.Game a long time ago. I have checked it multiple times with my bank, and they have clearly confirmed that no transaction has been received against this UTR.

As per my bank, a valid UTR is 12 characters, but the reference provided is longer and does not match the bank’s UTR format. Because of this, the bank confirms that the transaction never reached them.

I have not received my funds in my bank account yet. I sincerely request your help to have this matter reviewed on the payment side and get my funds credited. Thank you.

Ok, OP, do you mind to perhaps share a bit privacy here and mention the name of your bank, so that other INR-user member [hopefully they use the same bank as you] can confirm that the said bank is indeed use 12 characters instead of the sixteen that the merchant provided to my contact? Hopefully I can use that to get my contact [mind that they're not from fiat, so they're lending their hand here, out of their own time and division-duty].

Unique Transaction Number (UTR) is same for every bank that operates in India and the number of characters varies depends on the payment mode. For example if the 12 character UTR will be provided if the payment mode is UPI and IMPS, likewise 16 characters for NEFT transfers and 22 characters for RTGS, so 12 or 16 both are valid ones.

For instance, NEFT transactions typically have a 16-character UTR number, UPI transactions have a 12-digit UTR code, while RTGS transactions usually have a 22-character UTR.
