True leaders are rare, most people we see are just commanding respect by force they haven’t earned it from their subjects especially Nigerian kind of leaders who feels everything is about money and force. Imagine Nigeria president sent soldiers to intervene to maintain peace just to prevent coup while they can send soldiers into bushes to fight against insecurities rather than to negotiate with bandits and other set of bad gangs

Nigerian leaders are not worth celebrating, I comment the effort of Burkina faso's president that warned Nigerian government to stay away from them and he should keep on be slave to France.

       HOW TO KNOW A GOOD LEADER

(a) a good leader must know how to follow his followers
 (b)  is one who is capable of influencing decisions through inspirations and collaboration

    QUALITIES OF A GOOD LEADER

(1) Transparency : a true leader must be transparent when dealing with his followers on any matter at all.


(2) DEDICATION is one of the most important trait which a good leader must possess in other to have a successful reign because it helps inspire trust and motivate the people which leads to progress in achieving set goals and objectives.

(3) HONESTY: when a leader is truthful and straightforward in dealing with his followers he gains trust and full support of the people

(4) creation of peace in war torn countries and ensuring security for it's people.


(5) FORGIVENESS: as a good leader you should be able to have a forgiving spirit at all remifications regardless of what the issue may be.
As a leader you forgiving does not show weakness instead it is a leadership attribute that fosters trust and help create an atmosphere devoid of grudge, rage (anger), and resentment thereby leading to peace and harmony.

(6) AUTHORITY: a good leader must have authority, he must have the legal and formal right in other to compel his followers to obey him in other to do what is right, because when there's no authority they won't be compelled to do what's right and there will be anarchy  (lawlessness) because they don't do what's expected of them.


SUMMARY a good leader must show example in other for their followers to do what's expected of them.
