A common issue people mention that highest paying signature campaigns on Bitcointalk are casino or gambling-related because those companies spend the most on marketing, so most of the campaigns are related to gambling and casinos. But it also means many users who don’t like promoting gambling simply skip those offers, which reduces overall activity and discussion.

Most of the people joined in this forum to earn,  mainly and they tend to lose interest when there aren’t many non-gambling campaigns available. That’s why the forum sometimes feels quieter. Still, there are always users who stay for real discussions, technical topics, and long-term community value  even without campaigns. And due to highest payment,  those campaigns grab good attention. That is also true

Since mixers were banned, many users have either left the forum or stopped promoting signature campaigns. This has caused a significant drop in forums traffic.
It simply shows that both regular users and external visitors value privacy. In the past, exchanges also promoted their services here and paid as high as mixers did. Now, only casinos seems to be interested in promotion and not everyone would want to promote casinos, most especially because of their religious beliefs and practices.. Honestly, if all promotions ended, very few people would stay active on the forum aside from a few dedicated gangs like those in the Wall Observer thread..

Ps( don't you think this thread is on the wrong board?)

In a user's comment, he said that since the ban of mixers on this forum, most members just lost interest on the forum feeling that it has become more centralized and they fear for their privacy, while some other members that left before the ban has moved on with new things. According to what you have said, that most members that register on the forum are coming because they want to earn, but the presence of signature and bounty also help to keep the forum activite.

Is there a good number of people who don’t like gambling on here? I see a lot of people have tried or is actively gambling until now in the forum. Seems like most of the users on here are like that.

But it also means many users who don’t like promoting gambling simply skip those offers, which reduces overall activity and discussion.

Is it not possible that even if a user don’t like gambling himself, he still ends up wearing a campaign anyway? It’s a campaign after all.

Gambling was one of the things that got me interested in Bitcoin initially, but today my casino activity is very negligible. It is a shame there isn’t more diversity in topics and campaign types. The forum would be a lot more interesting with a little more variety. In my years of being here, I only remember being in one non-gambling campaign, if you exclude the voluntary campaigns that didn’t pay anything.

There are so many interesting products out there, that have nothing to do with casinos, that could spare a few hundred dollars a week to advertise and they’d get good returns from the increased visibility. I don’t know if they just haven’t been approached or they are just opposed to advertising here for some reason.

There are still some of the non-gambling campaigns that have seen currently. But yes, it's not the same as before that there's a bunch of them due to ICOs or altcoin/token projects.

Mixers also dominated the campaigns before until they're banned.

But OP is right, this isn't just all about the campaigns but think of it as an incentive when we're a part of it but real discussions continues.

None of those non-gambling campaigns lasted than few weeks and in exception for some no kyc exchange platforms who lasted for few months before living for various reasons. Casino are always there running longtime campaigns considering bitcointalk is their best channel to promote crypto gambling.

I noted how mixers run signature campaigns in another forum after banned from bitcointalk, they pay low rates compared to bitcointalk. Casinos don't promote in that forum whatever how much low is the rate.

Yes, no doubt that the gambling campaigns are still superior compared to the non gambling campaigns. Because they're more getting the exposure and the results of the marketing they're doing through here.

I noted how mixers run signature campaigns in another forum after banned from bitcointalk, they pay low rates compared to bitcointalk. Casinos don't promote in that forum whatever how much low is the rate.
I am not focused in that and not following it but I guess the low rates are due to the ranking of that forum compared to Bitcointalk.

And maybe some casinos have already advertised there.
