Thanks for the effort, but other than being connected through 2 addresses, which is ok. What offense have those accounts committed OP
Is it Merit abuse, Signature/bounty campaign abuse, ban evasion, negative trust evasion, Trust abuse or DT manipulation?

If there is no offense, then a neutral tag is all that will work for now.

Just so you know, the forum administration does not prohibit having multiple accounts, but offenses like a few I have mentioned above can get one into trouble.

You did not see any merit abuse nor violating the forum rules, all you just come here to do is to post about someone's account that is connected.

I see that you have posted this also on altcoinstalks. On this forum, Wiwo and Ojima-ojo did nothing wrong. If you see the two accounts make any abuse or wrongdoing should be when you should come and report them here.

Go and read the forum rules if truly you are a newbie but I am doubting that.

Like the others have asked, @op, on what ground are you reporting this two accounts here, cus I've personally tried search through their merit history and I honestly cannot find any abuse, and neither have I seen any abuse in other areas like DT abuse, trust abuse and so on..

I know this might be a lame excuse but if it's about one person operating two different account here on the forum, then the two account sending bitcoin to the same wallet address isn't a good enough reason for a negative tag, I tell you why.. I have a friend, actually someone I'm staying in the same compound with, he's on this forum but still a junior member, but he's already a hero member on the other forum and he's participating in a signature campaign there, and when ever payment is made, he usually sends the bitcoin to my own cex bitcoin address, I help him sell the bitcoin, convert to our local currency and the send the money over to his bank account, reason for this is because he's not been able to pass kyc verification on his own cex account, they kept rejecting his type of document and having no other, and also having me around, he stopped trying.
Now, imagine someone coming around to accuse me of operating two account simply because my account and his sends bitcoin to the same cex wallet address???

And the fact you had to create a new account to post this here says something negative about you, I suspect you know this user either as a forum friend or member of our Nigerian community, else, why didn't you post this with your main account.?

The way I see it OP doesn’t have much evidence to tag the accounts but has enough to set a bobby trap for them. If the accused accounts reply on the thread and say they are not connected then it will cause more people to look into the activities of both accounts. I think that’s what OP is hoping for.

It appears he made a post regarding the connection in altcointalk forum before reposting it here. In that other forum, having multiple accounts is not allowed so he probably thought the same would happen here

Unfortunately, he hasn't even told as why some post he quoted just seemed to appear out of a thin air. I don't even see any archive of it. Is OP just trying to frame someone, or probably shit stirring.

They probably are connected based on both of them using the same exchange deposit address. Beyond that there isn’t any evidence I could find of them joining the same campaign and they have never given merit to each other. I believe most managers allow alt accounts as long as they’re not in the same campaign. At most this would only be worthy of a neutral tag, to let people know they are alts, in case they begin to violate rules.

I would also suggest another theory. The OP knows exactly which accounts are alt-accounts and even knows the person, but he's extremely jealous of them and too cowardly to report two accounts from his real account. Unfortunately, we sometimes trust people too much, confiding in them about our well-being, even to those who aren't really friends. That's why we regularly see those cowardly newbies who are afraid to report violations from their real accounts because they're pretending to be "friends" of those they're reporting. Humans tend to be mean, a trait that even animals lack.
