Personally, I was in debt which means I had to pay a portion of my salary every week and I need money to meet my family expenses. Inflation is destroying our financial capacity at a rapid pace. The hard earned results have given you hope as I continue to strive and save Bitcoin despite poverty. This is a sincere effort to get out of poverty and as a result, I have become a middle class citizen in society. This has been possible only through hard work and perseverance.

For the next 3 years after I started earning, my weekly income was very low and I struggled to pay my family expenses and bills. Like you are going through right now. It's so disheartening seeing how people are living this day's. A friend quit her job recently because all she does is spent the money on transportation and at the end of the day nothing is left for her to take care of some personal needs.

Some workers are not even paid on time, like the situation of things is really bad. Have seen a lady who goes to a particular shop to take food and other personal items till she receives her pay, and once she pays her debt the remaining days of the month will be feeding from hand to mouth. Right now, this is the biggest struggle of all - the rising cost of living: Everything is getting more expensive, like food, and even though we hear some prices drop, that doesn't change much since people still struggle to afford even the cheapest things. The high cost of living and economy na something wey dey affect everybody for this country right now o and both of them are intertwined. The higher the cost of living which is tied to inflation among other things are the reason why the price of commodities are on the rise and the annoying part is the income level which is low too making it difficult for you to even survive. I have a friend that work with government parastatal, three months they didn't pay their salary and after 3 months, it only one month salary that they paid them and he has already loans some money that beyond even his two months salary. All these mostly affect the psychological and well beings of the Masse's.

The high cost of living has become the biggest problem that is affecting people in our local communities and  families, especially rent, school fees, electricity and many more, all this things keep increasing but our salary doesn't, before they will even pay us salary, you will figure out  that, you've already spend all the money, this has made many people eat from hand to mouth because of much spending, since i started working till date I have not saved any dime, because of other basic needs, this high cost of living has really affected people in so many ways, at times I ask myself where are we heading to, is there any hope for us,  especially we Nigerians

The present situation of Nigeria is so bad that the more you try to level up, is the more you find yourself back struggling. Basic things are not basic anymore. Cost of living is so high that only the elites can afford. We live in a country where expenses are on the high side - rent, bills, commodities and taxes, and we are left with little amount to zero provision from the government to manage all of these. This alone has been part of the reasons why most Nigerians have left the country because over there in countries like the US or the UK, your expenses equates to the basic things the government provides like good and accessible healthcare, security, job opportunities, education etc. We can’t even compare the state of the country to the likes of Ghana or South Africa. Sometimes I wish for a better Nigeria but soon after reality checks in and I realize that facade. We deserve better.

Ever since the global pandemic, many nations have been struggling economically, as price where upsurge, some companies had to shutdown and a whole lot more and just recently the Crisis in the middle East too also have affected international trade. But my problem with the Nigerian economy squarely lies with the APC government, ever since they came into effect from 2015, they've done little or nothing to improve the economy, is from one worse situation to another till today. Our economic problem is just politically related.
