Few days are remaining to enter Christmas and it's time we cheers with our beloved ones and extended family's and gift them what we wishes, would you like to gift some family's Bitcoin or you will sell your bitcoin to buy gift for them? I also wants to know the values of items bitcoin can buy for you in your country within this festival season of Christmas, in my country bitcoin is not generally acceptable in most of the shops because of government restrictions on bitcoin transaction directly to bank, but some shops also accept Bitcoin payment especially when you are buying in a large quantity
In my country this is what Bitcoin can buy for me this Christmas time. Following are

1. CLOTHES
2. PAIRS OF SHOES
3. BAGS OF RICE
4. GROUNDNUT OIL
5. CARTONS OF TOMATOES

Note: in my country not every shops accepts bitcoin payments, it will be difficult before you locate shops that will accept Bitcoin payment, people that accept Bitcoin is few.
I would like to know what you can afford to buy in your country with bitcoin in large quantity or A smaller quantity without conversion of Bitcoin to your country currency.

There are lots of varieties that can be bought this Christmas season with bitcoin online as gift items from the shopping malls, but in my country, it's such a pity that I only have to buy the items you mentioned locally which does not support the use of bitcoin for now, except I still have to exchange any of the items for bitcoin with friends I know are into bitcoin, pay them in bitcoin for the items to be delivered to me, but not on the open market as everyone will have to go and make some shoppings.

You can send funds across to your families and loved ones both home and abroad through bitcoin, and spend your bitcoin, you must not only use it for payments of services like the fiats is used for buying and selling of goods before you would say you have spent your bitcoin in this festive season.
There is no special role bitcoin would plays in festive seasons rather you can only sell your bitcoin by taking profits and then use it for the celebration.

Bitcoin can buy anything for me this Christmas and it can help me to give gift to my love ones. Most of the money I worked for this year are in bitcoin. I prefer to convert my other income to bitcoin also because fiat in my country is not reliable and not a store of value. From clothing to food and gift, I can convert bitcoin to fiat and use it to afford all of them.

@OP, merry Xmas in advance. "In my country" has been so much emphasised in this thread so I had to checkout your origin and I see we are from same country (Nigeria).

I'm from Rivers state, Portharcourt, and I can assure you that you can buy a lot of items this Xmas in bitcoin especially gadgets. There's a prominent mall in Portharcourt where you can buy phones and accessories in bitcoin, the name is "ASSOTEL" it is located at Garrison, Portharcourt, you can check it out.

I think in the case of Nigeria it is pretty fair to say crypto is regulated by the Nigerian government rather than using the term restriction. Because it is still legal to trade and invest in digital asset here in Nigeria so long as you make use platforms that are licensed by the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission).
