Which altcoin will able to lead in the future?

as it stand now in the market ETH is still leading other altcoins, because the teams behind ETH is stronger than other teams behind other altcoins over some years. You think other altcoins will take this first position from ETH in the future or you don't know that ETH is still toping other altcoins, just still value ETH more than other altcoins, because ETH is more reliable than other new altcoins that look favourable at the moment than to ddisappoint their investors in the future.

But Sola and CAD is not coming close to ETH for you to think it will lead ETH and other altcoins but I have confidence on ETH, it will continue leading altcoins.

Yeah, as long as projects in ERC20 chain is strong, the moment people stop investing into projects in ethereum's blockchain, we are going to start to see it be less. One big example of that would be how close ETH got to Bitcoin last bull run and did not have the same thing this time around, in fact it barely kept its second place this time.

If it has the same trajectory next time then we could potentially see it drop from the second place. Other chains getting more interest is hurting ethereums price and it is not getting the attention it used to get. One of the main reasons for it is the gas fee, whenever there is a trending project in ethereum, gas fee skyrockets and people rather not spend that much on it.

The gas fee point is so true, it's a self-inflicted wound during peak demand, people talk about L2s being the fix, but the user experience is still fragmented
if the narrative shifts to "Ethereum is too expensive for the fun stuff" then its position as the dominant alt definitely weakens, its security is top-notch but utility drives price.

After ETH, BNB is the choice of many.

I think that the exchange tokens are in the great situation for as long as the exchange performs good and keeps on developing.

HYPE and Aster are two good coins that could be found in the top list in the future. They're already in the top now but specifically maybe top 10 replacing some that are in the list soon.

For me I think BNB even have more potential than the ethereum that almost hold higher. For me anyway because I feel BNB has all the momentum and pressure to move faster than ethereum especially when it comes to beating it's previous ATH during the bull season. But there are also many good projects out there but for me I think it's way risky to have or choice more than one altcoins because there would be higher possibility too for you to get involved in a very shitty coin.

Just because a altcoin is performing well right now doesn’t mean it’s going to keep on performing well. No altcoin can be trusted, anything can happen to any coin at any moment, that’s why the risk is just so high. If you are investing in coin, then bitcoin is the best, or if you thinking about a coin that’s going to perform well in the future, then just you for bitcoin.

We have lots of altcoins now, and even the top altcoins in the market cant be trusted, so if you are planning to hold a coin for a long time, then altcoin investment isn’t always the best idea, so i will say nobody can predict the coin that will lead the market in the future, because the coin you will be predicting might end up failing you.

Just because a altcoin is performing well right now doesn’t mean it’s going to keep on performing well. No altcoin can be trusted, anything can happen to any coin at any moment, that’s why the risk is just so high.

Which coin that you are referring as performing? Honestly I am not seeing any of know coins are in bullish mode. Probably those newly listed coins must be getting pumped and with that the whole altcoin marketcap is looking like sustaining. Yeah, no altcoin should be trusted, probably you may go for trading it but never ever for long term holding because you will lose for sure at least in BTC value but most people look only in USD value which is even possible with zero risk just by holding bitcoin.

Even with only one altcoin, you may end like finding it too risky. I am just saying what usually look like more attractive in the initial days and later on turning as a well planned scams. So, even it would be only one altcoin, you must invest only up to your affordable limit.

Yeah, altcoins and tokens are not for investments (except few exchange ones). We may trade them and may cash in the hypes.

I don't encourage anyone to invest in altcoins but Bitcoin. I don't even force anyone to do that. I can only give you useful tips for you to do more research about what you want and decide to invest or not. Neither do I discourage people from investing. The same way one can blame you for pushing them into investing in the wrong asset is the same way they can blame you for preventing them from winning a life-changing amount. We just have to apply safety while dealing with anything related to finances.

There is a big danger in altcoins holding and people need to understand that so that they don't feell too relaxed when investing in it because of the promises that they are going to make huge profits from the market when we have Bitcoin that has more influence than the entire altcoins market. People that are investing in the altcoins market are doing that at there own risk.

People don't largely benefit in altcoins it is only but a few that benefits from altcoins and what is the probability that one will be among the few beneficiary? This is the question I kept asking myself over and over again, people try to become smarter about entering and exit points only to end up being disappointed, altcoins doesn't carry a holding potential and you can never relax or have rest of mind after investing in altcoins because it is a high risk involvement and when you do it simply because you saw some one that benefited just know that it might not really work for you the same way it worked for the other person be it the same coin or another coin.

$TICS is not interesting at all, their flagship project is not much different from what is in other projects since the launch of this coin has experienced a continuous decline, maybe the dev activity, I don't see a future with this coin, but $QRL doesn't seem bad the performance is very good for this month on an annual basis more than 300% more did you get a profit here? good luck if you have invested first, it has risen like this it is very difficult for me to enter because the risk of altcoins is always high if it continues to increase, this coin focuses on quantum naras and it has the potential to be crowded later.

$TICS is not interesting at all, their flagship project is not much different from what is in other projects since the launch of this coin has experienced a continuous decline, maybe the dev activity.

Here are some of the reasons I think $TICS is a good investment (Full disclosure I was an early investor in the ICO):

• They raised $18 million in the ICO and launched 31 July 2025
• They experienced issues on the first day of the airdrop which meant that they lost a lot of investor confidence but to their credit they were transparent about what happened and the root cause.
• their roadmap was too aggressive and so they disappointed investors but have found their stride now and expect a Q1 launch of the dVPN and BTC chain abstraction. The old roadmap is visible on CMC.
• their transaction fees are by far the lowest I have seen and the transactions are super fast
• they have a strong and loyal user community
• they have a very strong validator/delegator network offering 30% APY staking rewards

Obviously DYOR but I truly believe that this project could be huge.

That's a solid shortlist CMC's top 10 is mostly about market cap and liquidity, which those three dominate for a reason they have massive ecosystems and real usage new projects breaking into that tier need something revolutionary, not just hype it's possible but incredibly rare.

I think ETH and BNB can lead in the future. Not just the future but in the coming alt season as well. BNB has already gained traction and people now completely trust Binance because it has been one of the major exchanges for a long time now so it is acceptable. ETH on the other hand has always been the second most loved coin after bitcoin and have maintained the dominance in the alt markets so it will remain the same. ETH moving from PoW to PoS was one of the reasons why I prefer investing in ETH as of now and would continue to do so.

Along with these two, I also have a bunch of other alts which I think can give really good profits in alt season. Solana is one of them. I would only stick to recognizable altcoins and would hardly think about investing in any newly launched coin though.

It is very difficult to predict because competition is very fierce in the altcoin market, and each cycle we have a different top 10 ranking. This indicates that it depends on the development of the altcoin project itself over time; those that can compete and adapt to market demand will increase their potential to be in the top 10. However, the most mature coin at this time is BNB in terms of its large ecosystem because it has Binance as its major figure, while ETH already has many competitors and better alternatives in terms of network and costs. When it comes to ecosystems, they will grow on their own as their blockchains have greater resilience and utility.

The thing is that ranking is always subject to changing every given cycle, so to even vaguely predict the prospective future leaders in altcoin market is going to be tough and tricky one, ordinarily projects that make the best effort to build very strong ecosystem and also adapt to the market demands and directions always stand out in the midst, generally coins with real and visible utility and also an active community will keep rising above the rest, take for instance BNB that has a very viable backing which Binance. So, at the end of the day, it is always the projects that solve real problems that stands a chance to rise to the top.

If you like BNB what about Solana and Ethereum. The price of Ethereum is more valuable than that of BNB and we can see that BNB is still struggling with oeice to maintain the 1k peice it was before. BNB is good to hold because it is owned by the world biggest exchange in the world and it has a potential to other big projects in the market. Ethereum still remains the most volatile and adopted altcoins in the market. There are other good tokens to hold too apart from the big projects like Solana, Ethereum and BNB.

Coinmarketcap is just a listing platform, and they do not really provide any recommendations. It depends on individual which coin he wants to choose. We can get detailed information on CMC which makes it easier for us to shortlist a few and invest accordingly. But yes, top 10 altcoins listed on Coinmarketcap does have potential and I would blindly invest in those in case we enter a bullish trend. It is much easier to trust those top coins listed because mass community have already chosen them as their investmental asset.

But few alts listed way down in the list too have potential. Some of those can give us quick profits and the profits can be quite large, but the risk remains constant there. We can never be sure about the profits but can take a chance depending on the risk appetite.
