Bcgame withdrawal's not credited to bank account

Hello my user id is :-20605843
I made two withdrawal's on bcgame platform on 22/11/2025 and both the withdrawal's are showing successful but i haven't received them into my bank account. And even after raising a ticket they failed the ticket as well and i still haven't received my withdrawal's F-1849460495688996380 and F-1849462539012894492 now they don't even help me for my issue i provided them all the proofs they needed but now they don't even give proper response only provided bot responses. Please help me out.  @holydarkness please help me out sir as i am again in need of help for bcgame issue. Please tell me what things i need to send you so that this iisue gets resolved.

I don't want to be rude, but if I may be blunt, I thought at this point you already know how I do this. I escalate things to my contact, I'll periodically and relentlessly nudge them [unless it's weekend] until I get an update, of which I'll relay here once I get. The absence of update from me is mostly because there are nothing worth updating. I don't do meaningless post, I don't spam.

What's wrong with you? Including this, you have created three allegation threads against BC Game, and two of them have been solved. So it's surprising to me still that you are coming with allegations here and asking for help from the community. But it's an interesting fact that you aren't helping yourself. Because neither you left BC Game nor did you change the payment methods. If you feel BC Game has always been trying to scam you, then why are you gambling there again and again and coming here when you have issues?

If you notice, there are more similar cases regarding fiat deposits and withdrawals. I have repeated a couple of times that these types of issues happen due to the local fiat agent of BC Game. Solving this issue is quite lengthy, and you can't force holydarkness for an update. Remember, he is just helping, not working for any salary or bonuses. However, when there is a middleman between you and BC Game regarding deposit or withdrawal, and if something happens, then it is hard to solve the issue. Why haven't you used direct crypto payment methods? So even if something happens, it could be solved easily. There are a lot of ways to purchase cryptocurrency, including P2P exchange. So you will not need to create such threads again.

Here in India alot of p2p scams are also happening that is why i am unable to use crypto . And taking about bcgame i have already made a progress there and i can't loose that that is why i get here when i'm stuck in any problem and i'm not forcing @holydarkness for any update.they have helped me and i'm very grateful for their help. And i hope they will me to get through this as well. Now you will say what scams in p2p the user's lodge cyber complaint's on p2p crypto transaction and indian government imposes 30 tax on crypto transaction as well so there's no option left for indian users other than fiat.

May I suggest a p2p with people on the forum? I barely touched that section [this forum is very vast], but I believe marketplace or their other sub-board has p2p transactions for crypto-INR. Trade only with reputable member [the one with lots of green score at the left side of their profile on each post].

Hello, I received your personal message and noticed you made a post here. For me, I don't have direct contact with the BC game like @holydarkness; I hope he will notice since I mentioned him. It would be better if you created a new thread in this section with full details and screenshots as well. Make sure you are following the correct format and add the necessary information. However, I also sent a PM to the BC game representative; let's see if they reply.

Also, I will advise you to read my previous reply on this thread. So you will realise what the actual issues are. Unless you know the reality, then most probably you will face the same issues again and again, and then you often will need to open this kind of allegation thread. Just find the alternative payment methods like cryptocurrency. It's not hard to use crypto for gambling; you need to learn a bit about how to purchase crypto and handle it.

Uhh... yeah, I probably have something worth updating, that you probably don't really want to hear. I might hit a small bump in the fiat transaction road, a bottleneck, a situation [you name it], but I'm currently trying to remedy the matter so the wheel can continue on spinning. Other than that vague update, I can't say much.

I am asking for some time to look into these matters with pending transactions to see if we can sort all of these out, for the best interest of everyone with pending transactions. I'm currently chasing several path to grease the wheel to make sure it keeps running. I do will appreciate, perhaps, a major patience while I try and give my best to sort this out.
