bc.game should open a dedicated INR grievance redressal topic here lol. It is surprisingly wondering to me to see similar complaint style. It might be the reason that affected players are searching the internet and this section is popping up and they are just copying the topic (which got resolved).
BTW @holydarkness bc.game should offer you a board member position after your efforts in resolving these cases lol.
More power to the forum, lol. In a way, we get more traffic and increase our chance to appeal more casinos to do marketing with us. As for being board member [I laughed at this], well, jokes aside, several casinos [including BC] in the past offered some rewards for my time helping them bridging situation with their players. My stance then is still the same as now: I can't take any incentive, as I need to maintain neutrality in handling each and every cases. Accepting rewards from casinos or players will open a chance to send a wrong impression.
