Till when should we keep up with abusive behaviour?

I've recently come across the user Satofan44 through @AB de Royse777 topic some time ago, at first I thought that this guy was completely delusional, but I'm now seeing that he's an absolute tool to everyone else on the forum.

I'm going to quote some of the examples of how he's responding to other people. I've posted only some of his recent replies, talking back at people, bashing at newbie accounts and generally shit talking to everyone. Not to mention that he's flooding with negative trust everyone who doesn't agree with him. Some examples @Alani123, @BlackBoss_, @Free Market Capitalist, @franky1, myself and several others. On top of that, he's trust's feedback isn't even accurate and it's just a way to retaliate, as he send me a negative feedback for "spreading false/fake information on technical and non-technical Bitcoin discussions" when the topic was in the Economics board, not even in Bitcoin or anything cryptocurrency related.

I haven't ever seen such a malicious user ever again, attacking everyone who believes something different from him. He doesn't even "discuss", he just pours out his malicious character, filled with irony and insults. Since when is it acceptable to call other people idiots, complete retards, make racist comments that hold no background, in the forum? These examples are only from the first page of his post history, imagine how many more there are.

If fiat currencies are stable in prices as "$1 is $1" then so is Bitcoin, because 1 BTC is always 1 BTC. Well the forum management has seen nothing wrong in insulting someone here in this forum so nothing can be done to someone who is raining an insult to the next person, however it will be nice if there's a limit to insult in this forum, one of the reasons why amendment is important in every law and constitution is because something that is seen as common before can turn to destruction however with amendment it can be corrected and stopped from turning into destruction, I think it's high time the forum management look into this act of insult so it won't turn into something else, a new law should be made to limit insult in this forum.

A: Possible (since we don't have the time or resources to check) insults are also allowed as long as they contain any kind of constructive opinion, info or something else substantial and aren't off-topic. For example, posting something like "you are dumb" will be deleted as it contains no meaningful content. However, if the post is somewhere along the lines of "You are dumb. This is wrong because this website/thread/etc. has explained it's not right", it's in most cases accepted.

I have not even broken the rule about insults once. My posts, including those with insults, are longer and more constructive than 99.9% of the posts here. Deal with it.

This forum is one of the last places on the internet where people can express themselves freely (to some degree ofc) and imho, getting insulted every once in a while is a small price to pray for that.
