Just 3 weeks now till we enter 2026 are we bullish or bearish?

With a third rate cut expected today in the last 3 months and QT over with QE coming next year, I am leaning towards bullish and want to understand why some are bearish?

2025 has been an average year for Bitcoin and an awful year for altcoins so why would it be again with better macro conditions coming next year?

We may have a slow start to 2026 but I feel from Q2 or Q3 it will turn bullish.

Of course, political economy has a strong effect to bitcoin value. but this is not enough.
otherwise this cannot be something new "without central authority" and technically fully neutrality.

The macro environment certainly appears better to support Bitcoin into 2026. As rate cuts remain on the menu and QT is over, the liquidity will come back, historically that has been a solid driver of BTC. Nevertheless, I believe that others are bearish since 2025 did not provide a breakout as many people thought it would and altcoins are just weak. It can be said that a careful beginning of 2026 may be encountered, although with the macro softening and institutional inflow in place, it is quite plausible that Q2-Q3 will serve as the turning point in the direction of a more robust bullish behavior.

I can see many people saying bitcoin will be bullish instead of being bearish in 2026, but we do not know what will exactly happen.

If more people are saying this and they are rich and well known, maybe this can influence the market, or maybe it can let the market bearish volatility to be significantly low.

I will not be bothered much because I can DCA. If the price go lower, it will later increase and I will make money from the DCA. Or if the price go higher, I will also make money.

It's difficult to predict this phase. I clearly think the ATH has been reached by 2025. I think it's quite difficult to end this year with another ATH. For 2026, many influencers have emerged, and many large institutions have entered, but I still doubt whether they can break the current cycle. I don't know, but I'm pessimistic, and I feel more confident that BTC will continue to follow its current cycle.

Indeed, many influencers say that a bull run in Q1-Q2 2026 is still possible, but I'm currently starting to conserve my assets. I'm just a shrimp, following the flow and trying to make a profit. By past market cycle history, this cycle bull run almost ends or already ended but by effects from economic and politic issues in 2025, people expect that the end of QT and coming QE will help Bitcoin bull run continues.

I think it makes sense but I don't want to bet my money and my investment plan on anything I can not control. So I already took profit with my partial bitcoin fund and the rest will be used for holding toward the future. I am planing to buy more bitcoins from my discretionary income if Bitcoin goes to bearish years in 2026 and 2027.

Money from taking profit will be used for my spending in next two to three years while I am ready to buy bitcoins again with descretionary income from my salary.

The Fed ended its QT earlier this month, but there is currently no information on when they will QE.
On what basis do you believe that the macroeconomic situation will improve next year when interest rates remain high and could rise again at any time? In my opinion, a third interest rate cut combined with a pause in quantitative tightening is not enough to expect the economy to improve in the near future.

Regarding market trends, I still believe the cycle will repeat, but there will be some minor changes. Contrary to your prediction, I believe the first quarter of 2026 will be good for the market, but then we will enter a bear market from the second quarter and bottom out in the third or fourth quarter.

Since the current price is already below 100K. I believe the price might be in slower phase first quarter next year and potentially a bearish market.

I would give it 60-65% decrease in the price, but we will see it ourselves soon enough.

Nothing is certain when it comes to trends being broken, and this cycle with its adoption rates is no different.

Lower interest rates mean people will look for a stable income, in which case the demand for shares of companies holding Bitcoin with the strategy will increase, as a result of which the companies will be able to raise more funds due to the increase in share prices as well as buy more Bitcoin. Honestly, if this works properly, we can see Bitcoin perform better until at least the second half of 2026.

There's a lot of light in the tunnel as regards Bitcoin's current and future season and I would love to say it is a maturing bull!

We should expect new highs basically due to high spot ETF demand by large institutional pocket investors lately, and as you can see there has been so much growth in terms of newer innovative technology adoption including AI to enhance and be a support system to developers, analyst and users too.
So it may be a slower more sustainable movement to a bullish season, but it would ensure that we enter a more mature phase with expected lower long term volatility and a balanced shift towards a utility driven sector.

I don't want to be pessimistic, but I expect we've already reached the 2025 high of $126,000. If that's true, the downward cycle will begin in the first quarter of next year, unless Bitcoin's price cycle pattern changes.

However, I'm not worried at all, even if there's a deep correction, because in my opinion, every correction is a good time to buy and accumulate more.

Anyway I agree with you and the next month can be bullish but what tool or indicator you used for like to measure the QT and QE?

After the ATH, Bitcoin often enters bear market.  That said, 2026, if the Bitcoin pattern doesn't change, will be a bearish market.  We can see the price chart showing how the price starts to decline the next year after BTC recorded its ATH.

I hope that the pattern would change and follow your speculation, but if it stays in its normal pattern, you are way off the mark.... because the years 2026 and 2027 would be a bear market for Bitcoin.  The best time to accumulate BTC...

Honestly, i personally still doubt that Bitcoin will reach a new all-time high in 2026. I remain confident that there will always be an increase, but the price will not reach a new all time high again. This does not mean that i am pessimistic about Bitcoin, it's just that expectations of reaching a price level of $150k seem difficult given the current market conditions.  Deep down, everyone hopes that Bitcoin will make a big leap. We all want to see Bitcoin soar as high as possible, ideally reaching the $200k price level by 2026. But on the other hand, i choose to trust my gut feeling. One day, Bitcoin price will reach $200k but not anytime soon.
