ISSUE WITH "LOADED" PENGUIN NOTES 0.001 BTC (2020) - Birds of the World - (2020)
We're currently investigating an issue with multiple notes listed as Issued Loaded but that were never funded.
At the time of sale, the original buyer was required to provide funding via TXID. In practice, this did not always happen.
The Penguin 0.001 BTC note was sold under the condition that 0.001 BTC per note on top of the note cost would be provided.
The note could not be resold and would not be recognized by us until this was provided.
We're now working on tracking down the original buyers who'll be asked to provide proof of loading.
This will be conducted properly in mid to late January, 2026.
