Hello Bitcointalk community, I’m writing on behalf of the Rakebit team.

A few topics about Rakebit appeared recently, and the feedback was clear: some users felt that our previous communication and activity on the forum did not meet community expectations.

We understand that certain posts may have come across as low-effort, repetitive, or AI-generated, or may not have aligned with how discussions are typically handled here.

We see why this created a negative impression for some members.

On behalf of Rakebit and with all respect to community we state that Rakebit team is here for direct communication to build trust between the brand and community in the way of meaningful conversations.
Our intention was never to disregard the forum's rules or culture, but we spectate that some members in motivated or not form state that we are.

We want to clarify that we take this feedback seriously, and we genuinely appreciate the community for pointing it out. We are committed to improving how we participate here moving forward.

So, what we have changed in our Bitcointalk forum presence:

We’ve changed who manages this account.

Now only a small internal team handles Bitcointalk communication, and nothing gets posted unless it’s reviewed by them.

No more mass posting AI slops. Any future signature campaigns or community activities will be transparent and handled according to forum rules.

Regarding financial accusations: Some users have reported issues such as blocked accounts, frozen balances, or delayed withdrawals.

While we cannot share private information or internal documents, as doing so would be unsafe for both users and our team, we acknowledge that not every user of any product will have a perfectly satisfactory experience. Thats simply impossible.

Our goal is to communicate every case and bring on the table what we can share from our side in every unsatisfied case. Remember the coin has two sides.

So what we are doing now:

1. Reviewing all disputed cases internally.
2. Trying to reach each affected users again
3. Resolving any cases that can be resolved without violating AML or risk policies

We understand the community wants transparency, not generic responses. this is what we will focus on from now.

About the “Trying to scam [rakebit]” topic:

This thread highlighted a lot of red flags, and honestly, they were fair points.

The way we launched the signature campaign was wrong: no proper signature code, no escrow, pushing applicants to Telegram. Combined with our posting history, it looked shady and unprofessional.

Our own reply there didn’t help either because it sounded like a template, not a real person.

We accept all of this. We shouldn’t have launched anything before fixing old issues, and we shouldn’t have posted in a way that looked automated.

We’re not asking anyone to remove negative trust right now.

We’re asking for time and a fair chance to show that we actually changed:

- no spam
- clear replies
- proper handling of disputes
- transparent behaviour on the forum

Community matters. We are here to prove it.

You might want to move this to reputation board, as this has really nothing to do with scam but with your casino's reputation.

Out of curiosity, how did the "signature campaign" disaster even happen? There are a lot of samples your representative could have followed, so why do what they did?

It's a long shot, but you can try. There's a lot of work to do. Do the developers follow the former representative's action here? He hired the wrong guy to represent the rakebit here? The former representative violated numerous rules here; you're lucky this account wasn't banned.

It was known that you handed over your account to the wrong person, who used AI and ruined your reputation. But that wasn't the main thing, if I am not mistaken. There are scam accusations against your brand, and the community is not satisfied with the action of your brand. You should investigate these scam accusations and address them. The chance of fixing your reputation is very, very slim. I don't think people are going to remove the feedback from your profile. You realized the mistake, but it is too late already.

I think you explained the AI thing already, now you should move forward to the scam accusations and solve them, or post your best responses to see if you can convince anyone.

Edit: I see icopress actually invited you guys in this forum and teached you how to do things, but your representative did the opposite.

Why were you trying to handle things like signature campaign off forum? A manager isn't a super huge expense and would have saved you from yourselves. Most of us have reasonable fees and handle all the legwork for you, all you have to do is focus on your business.

Reading your feedback it looks like you were invited to the forum from someone with some knowledge of how the forum works. Why wouldn't you take their advice? WHat made you decide that you know it all and will do it your way?

It takes years to build a solid reputation and you found out in just a few weeks how to destroy it.

Why should we spend money on things that we can do ourselves? There is a saying, Jack of all trades, master of none. They thought they could do it and save some money. I wouldn't say they have "ruined" their brand but they definitely have a hard road ahead of them starting with clearing up any scam accusations. Engaging and actually listening to the community would be a good next step as well, but saving money like you said and trying to do it themselves might be a mistake they cannot afford.

i suggest you start by deleting all the AI spam that has been posted first.
as for the other stuff, talking is easy, so until you actually start doing what you are saying, nothing is going to change for you.

for real. even if they just hired the cheapest manager on the forum, they would not have ended in this mess.

it's simple incompetence imo, whoever was tasked with managing bitcointalk fucked them over, but it's also managements fault for never checking on his work until it's too late with damage already done.

You should have hired someone who was competent and professional enough to run your profile in this forum. Trust is something very fragile and once you lose it, regaining it back can be very hard. I can tell you that most member will be reluctant to reverse what they think about your service until they are certain that you have changed for good. So don't expect the negative feedback to be removed overnight,

Imagine there were some complaints, but the Rep ignored them and just keep making unrelated AI generated posts daily. This definitely was the basis for most of the trust feedback you see.

78% AI-generated topic, based on my recheck, is not a good way to start rebuilding their reputation, so instead of giving them a chance, people will provide them with more bad feedback; they are having a hard time rebuilding their reputation.
Why not hire an experienced manager for advice on how to proceed? They are a business platform; their small investment in hiring a manager will give them a good result.
