Duelbits confiscated my $9975 winnings and banned my account

Hello everyone,

I’m creating this thread to warn others and hopefully get some attention to what happened to me on Duelbits.
In October 2024, I placed two large bets on NBA - in total $9975. I got extremely lucky and both bets won. And that’s where the hell began.

My username on Duelbits is yamalini.

I wanted to withdraw part of the winnings and continue playing, but Duelbits immediately blocked the withdrawal and asked me to go through full verification: ID card, liveness check - the usual stuff. I completed all of that.

But it didn’t stop there.

After the verification they suddenly requested bank statements / account statements from my binance account. Unfortunately, at that moment I had lost access to my binance account, so I physically couldn’t provide what they wanted. After some time I managed to recover access to my binance account and sent them every document they asked for.

Then they requested a tax declaration. I provided that as well.

For the next month they barely communicated with me, never replied properly, just kept “reviewing my case”.

And finally, after all that “verification”, I received an email saying that my account is permanently banned. They accused me of violating their rules, fraud, and money laundering lol.
They confiscated 100% of my winnings.

In my opinion, Duelbits simply didn’t want to pay out a big win and tried to find any excuse to block the account. After providing every possible document they still decided to steal the winnings.

I’m posting this so people know what Duelbits is doing. This is not fair gambling - this is just refusing to pay when a player wins.

If anyone has advice on what steps I can take next I’d appreciate it.

So does this mean they returned your initial deposit and only confiscated the winnings?
