RECRUITMENT OF 50,000 POLICE OFFICERS COMMERCE ON 15TH OF DECEMBER.

The recruitment of 50,000  Army and police officers by the order his excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu is about to take effect and police officers recruitment portal will be open on the 15th of December and while army has not fixed the date of their own recruitment, it is obvious that this urgent recruitment is course by the insecurity in the country, it is not by recruiting 50,000 officers that will risky their life's to save the society yet the government failed to recognize their efforts in the countries, this soldiers happen to leave their love ones and happen to see their family members once a year and some give their life in the operations grounds yet their salaries can't feed them well more of extending the same salaries to family members, what excellence Bola Ahmed Tinubu should talking about is to increase the salary of an officers than wasting money in the increment of politicians that are already eating millions as salaries, yet the increment still commerce, I don't know if people are ready to join force because the salary is not encouraging to join but if there is any need, let the youths should try and join because we are the leader of tomorrow.

Pity those that will be applying for this police job, there's no need to apply for a force that's the most corrupt force in Africa, the welfare of the personnel are very poor, I'll never advice anyone close to me to register for it. Except you want to commit suicide,  the government will still thwat their efforts, police will arrest a bandit and government will still free him to negotiate with bandit. This country is not fair to the police men, that's why they are beggars and most time they indulge in criminality in the society,when have heard a case of police officer indulging in robbery. They just want to have a life, because their salaries are very poor and it can't survive a family in a month. If the government wants people to join the police they have to increase their welfare and make it attractive for people to supply. Untill then the police will have low turn out.

There's nothing like "Youths are the leaders of tomorrow" in this Nigeria because I'm pretty sure that before this cabal holding Nigeria will leave this leadership seats, they first have to die and before then, every youth must have grown old.

The problem of Nigeria which is also the root cause of insecurity is bad governance and unemployment. There has not been any effort to handle the problem of unemployment and hardship in the country so far but they focus on recruiting police and army steadily. Majority of the most peaceful countries of the world don't focus on recruiting soldiers and police, they focus on education, employment and development of the healthcare sector and other basic amenities. Until Nigeria change their leadership mentality no amount of officers will be enough to guarantee security because a hungry man is an angry man.

I hope that someday we will grow beyond mere deceit and start holding our leaders accountable for all the wrongs happening in Nigeria. Bandits will kidnap people and a government will negotiate with them and pay them Money and you think the evil will stop? Kidnapping and banditry is the most lucrative business now and most of them are also sponsored by these politicians too. It's only God that will save the nation not the hungry officers who after recruiting them now, they will be paying them peanuts and if you call any of them for backup they will remind you how poorly they're paid.

The question I keep asking is that why is the sudden employment coming now that we are having a cronic insecurity challenges in the country, why did our so call mr president suddenly realize that their are youths that are yet to be employed in the country? perhaps they now remember that their are youths that are willing and ready to risk their life for a country that has no future for them.

Anyway, I don't have much to say concerning this but is just for our Nigeria youth to understand that this leaders of ours doesn't hold their interests at hands, all they just want are innocent people to go put their lives on the line while they sat down there and eat up their futures away.

Tinubu want to clearly waste the lives of our Youths by asking for the recruitment of 50,000 policemen and this people will risk their lives for the country, the government has suddenly known that the Youths exist now that there is insecurity in the country, the poor masses who don't have Job will purchase the form and be recruited thereafter sent to go and die in one forest in the north whereas this politicians are the ones sponsoring this bandits.

Even the military personnel that will be recruited is not properly paid, they can't even boast of a 100,000 naira as salaries yet they keep sacrificing their lives for a country that the president don't care about the well-being of the citizens, it's quite pathetic that people will still apply, if there were good Jobs or other means of survival nobody would have applied, let them call their children that they have sent abroad to apply. It's funny to hear you say the Youths should join the forces when they are underpaid. That's actually not fair when the politicians go home with millions.

Congratulations to the upcoming recruits, who are ready to serve the country in the military. As for me, I would rather join the army or navy than join the police. Life experience has taught me enough lessons; joining the police will be the last thing I'll do on earth. Retired police men are still suffering till today, as they keep begging to receive their pension money. I see a lot of activities they engage in, so that they can train their kids in higher institutions. Many people joining the police are not doing it out of passion to serve, but they are joining because that is their last option in life.
