[WARNING] BC.Game Fake Responsible Gaming Options

Please everyone, be aware of this extremely scummy tactic this casino has on their users. They pretend to offer loss limits and wager limits in their responsible gaming options, but both absolutely DO NOT WORK. You can try this for yourself, if you set a loss limit and/or wager limit of any amount, you will still be able to play however much you want, they will never get triggered. They refuse to aknowledge this, refuse to refund losses causes by this, and most importantly they refuse to fix it.

I have screen recordings where I show the limits page with a $10 loss limit and a $20 wager limit, then play around $100 without issues, go back to the limits page and show both still saying '$10 left' and '$20 left'.

I have contacted them repeatedly and they have no interest in fixing this. Absolutely insane from a casino of this size.

January 12, 2026 update: I heard back from casinoguru the other day (I opened a complaint there before talking with holydarkness here, took a while to hear back because of holidays), and they closed the complaint because of no response from the casino. Same as AskGamblers before.
Lastly, I got a random non-deposit bonus on BC yesterday, and confirmed all their limits are still non-working, for what matters. They're still actively scamming people.

Would you mind posting the evidence that you have? You mentioned that they refuse to acknowledge the issue and have no interest in fixing the issue, so when you contacted them, what did they say? Did they ignore you or give you a reason as to why the "loss limit" isn't working?

After contacting them multiple times, and after struggling with dozens of support 'agents' who didnt have a clue of how these limits work (one believed they were supposed to be removed after the daily reset period, because she confused the loss and wager limits with the self exclusion period), the first 'solution' was for them to refund me $15 (mind you, I lost close to $10k while the $10 loss limit was active), because 'that was the amount i lost during the restriction period', which confused me because there's no restriction period, these limits literally reset every 24 hours as clearly stated in their page.

Then, after I spent hours explaining them that what they were saying made no sense, they proceeded to give me a 'bounty reward' for reporting the bug of less than 5% of what I lost because of this issue, and didn't even bother to fix the issue. Even now, you can still play and lose any amount regardless of your active loss and wager limits.

Those limits have been set and active for the last 11 days (loss limit) and 7 days (wager limit). Never touched (removed/increased/lowered) either. The amount I've lost with them active (from my deposits only, not their bonuses)  spans from December 1 to December 7 and amounts to around $8k.
They are aware of them not working.

They're trying to blame this on a 'Delay', problem is, my limits have been active for almost 2 weeks and never once worked. So yeah, not really.
Mentioning that term in their TOS is also quite funny, considering force majeure clauses cannot be used to justify failure to provide mandatory, working responsible gaming protections (even for the Anjouan license).
They don't seem to be interested in fixing the issue or refunding, so the least I can do is expose them as much as I can.

Shuffle Casino has a loss limit interface that looks identical to that of BC.Game.  Only difference is that Shuffle's works in real time, enforcing the set restrictions immediately. Not sure why a casino the size of BC.Game can't (or chooses not to) fix the issue.

At least this person in your ss seems to answer somewhat logically about how limits work, I had multiple 'agents' either not know how limits work, or continuously refuse to answer questions like 'If I have a $10 daily loss limit, how much can I play and lose?'.

I don't know if anything will come out of this, maybe your case being resolved (to what extent, I don't know, as that's private) could speed this up, or not. We'll see. At very least, I hope this will get more exposure on how shady they are.

CG closed my case as unresolved after roughly 75 days with little progress. They reopened it after I notified them the issue was resolved through Bitcointalk. Review CG’s summary. It reflects the final outcome.

That's good for you. I don't know, we'll see what holydarkness says once he hears back. Hopefully they don't attempt the fake loss limit date trick on me as well, but I doubt that as the VIP host is currently attempting various different excuses, last one being 'bets were placed voluntarily, and with your awareness at the time, therefore any resulting losses are not eligible for a refund'. Well, no shit, that's why loss limits exist.

Just like self-exclusion failed to lock-in in any casinos, a gambling limitation needs both parties active involvement in order for Responsible Gambling to be able to take place. Casinos can try to lock a player from getting back to their platform, make it as difficult as possible for the said player to return, but a player will also always be able to manage to sneak in, there are so many ways to Rome.

I am not supporting BC for their failure to keep their betting limitation to lock in, but I am also simultaneously find it frown-inducing and a motive-questioning action from you to continue on playing even after fully knowing that the limit failed to take place.

I personally wholly disagree with 'a gambling limitation needs both parties active involvement in order for it to work.', maybe with borderline licenses like theirs, and maybe mostly with exclusion rather than limits, but I respect your opinion.

Thing is, they state 'Gain control over your play or betting by using loss or wagering limits' in their limits page, and then they face no consequence for being fully aware they don't work for months (as it's pretty clear with all the other cases) and not fixing them? That's interesting, you pretend to have a tool to help people with difficulty to control gambling amounts, but then when it fails (while you are, again, fully aware of it not working, since they like to throw the 'awareness' word around) you tell them they should have controlled their gambling amounts?

Also, can you confirm this is final?
