So, short answer: no.
Me and my contact that I assign your case to, we haven't got a chance to revisit your situation following the flood of fiat situation and my own contact on fiat having to take a leave. The contact [whose I assign to handle your case] happened to be the very one who jump in to fill-in, and we're got kinda overwhelmed as it means they now have to handle it cross-department [fiat is not their department] while we're trying to handle cases from their own department from time to time.
