NerdQAxe won't update

Can you help a friend out his NerdQAxe miner isn't updating to latest firmware and everything possible have been tried but nothing works .



Any clue on what to do next? Has anyone faced such problem before?

Strange, I guess no one have come across this same problem with these miners before.

That screenshot is basically the clue: you're on v1.0.32.1 and the firmware is telling you OTA updates are disabled because their update server/feed isn't available. This comes up a lot on the "vendor firmware" NerdQaxe++ units (especially the big-screen variants) that don't track the upstream ESP-Miner releases the way the standard builds do.

So the direction I'd nudge you in is: either update using the vendor's own tool/releases (the message points you there), or bite the bullet and reflash to the upstream NerdQAxe++ firmware using the USB-C web flasher from a PC (Chrome/Edge).
