In my opinion, it would be great if gamblers can invest in a casino's bankroll. I have tried it before with a casino where they have the feature. I understand your problem. My answer would be this: unfortunately, for sites with hundreds of thousands or even millions of visitors, it is very difficult to create a full-fledged user support service with real people. The key problem is:
- a large support staff means high costs.
- Outsourcing such support “for pennies” - a sharp decline in the quality of this service.
Bots using AI are, of course, soulless, but they can solve the problems of most users extremely quickly, with sufficient quality, and at minimal cost. This is not an excuse for platforms, it is a simple statement of facts and the real situation.

Yes, I agree that KYC creates a lot of problems for everyone. That's a fact. But there is an explanation for this—responsible and honest casinos are REQUIRED to comply with the law and the legal characteristics of the jurisdictions where they are registered. So these are not their requirements, but the requirements of the legislative framework of the country where the company providing such services is registered.

The platform I use of which is my favorite has great features, but I am more concerned about them upgrading to allow cryptocurrency use because I believe it would make me be less selective when I am trying to pick a platform to bet on for the day and if they do well to allow more than just two bank withdrawal account, it would serve me well because I basically have no access to the old accounts unless I walk over to their counters to withdraw my wins after withdrawing from the platform am talking about.
I would love to see an upgrade in 2026 as regards this aspect and hope the customer service is more swift in response too.

You’ve got a good point there, man. And yeah, I’ve noticed that only a few casinos actually offer crypto swap features on their platforms like Betfury, which has one, along with pretty high-yield options that you can only access once you meet the casino’s wager requirements.

This one is a must I don't see any casino that I know right now that offers to invest or put your money to the house. There is one casino that I know before that lets you invest to the house but these days seems this feature is gone in most of the wellknown casino out there.

Yes, communicating with bots is very frustrating but sometimes they can provide solution, but not in most time for me. Almost all platforms including exchanges also are now using bots. It has been reported that bots have significantly reduced employment in customer service. It was not like this before as job of humans are replaced by bots.

If you want to chat with a customer care, you can type it in the search space and see if the bot will link you to a customer care but many people do not know this. I have used it several times and it worked.

This is a good discussion. I am a player that likes to play Dice game and crash games and I do like provably fair games however there's a lot of gambling sites out there that only has some of the features that I like and not all of them are offering it. Here's some of the features that I think is currently underrated and features that I find attractive (Based on my game play and my own liking).

• API - some gambling sites don't give API which I find it useful especially in dice game since I am utilizing Seuntjies DiceBot to test different strategy and for running them continuously. 
• FLASH BETS - Only few gambling sites have flashbets on their dice game, if I am not mistaken it's only Wolfbet and Duckdice and both of them have minimum bet requirements I think it's $0.1 which is personally for me might ruin the strategy that I'm doing, so I think if they remove the minimum bet requirement to use flashbets then it would be better.
• VAULTS - Builtin vaults is good so I can't wreck my bankroll, I've been playing in Bustabit for quite some time before and I do have 2 accounts 1 is for playing and the other is for saving my money so I wouldn't wreck it and it's really hassle to have multiple accounts just to organize your money, but BCH.Games do have a nice vault features they only lack I see about them is not providing API to use 3rd party service for their dice game, I actually contacted their support but they refer me to a 3rd party service which I need to pay a monthly subscription.

You are making a very valid point, you know it wasn't like this before but with the introduction of AI, all casinos moved to having bots for online customers service and sometimes the challenge you are having won't be on the menu of the AI. I have had a challenge like this and it was bad, I felt frustrated because the bot wasn't attending to me the way I wanted. The casinos can have their bots, but they should also make provision for human rep, let it be the choice of the gamblers to chose which one to interact with. Bots have significantly replaced the casinos customers care, bots which can not answer or solve your questions. Did you experience the poor customer service on just one gambling site or more than one gambling sites? Because there are some gambling sites that will have good customers care while some gambling sites will have very bad customers care service. As for me I do prefer to wait for like 24 hours if I am having issues but some gambling sites respond faster while some have live chats.
