But if you don’t have that level of knowledge about all those teams, it’s better to stick to betting on just one team.

Just do it and see for yourself on which is better. We're different kinds of gamblers and that's why some don't prefer parlay bets.

Some prefer the single bets because it's hassle free and don't have to think of the risk with the other associated bets part of that parlay.

A single is a single and once it's lost, you don't have to be thinking of it anyway after it. You just bet once again and that's it.

Like I said in my previous posts that requires different opinions; “one man’s meat is another man’s poison” so what you might enjoy might be very boring to me, and the same applies here. I can tell you that I enjoy going for parlays than betting on a single game while others might find parlay a bit boring because they don’t get to see the result of their bets instantly they’ll have to wait for all the matches to end for them to finally know if they won the bet or if it didn’t go as they had predicted.

If you have small capital and you enjoy parlays, then I’ll suggest you keep it going like that but if you don’t like parlay and you feel a bit more excited to bet on single game then just take single games and let parlay go. Remember that you’re gambling for entertainment purpose so if you’re not being entertained then you shouldn’t continue gambling anymore.

It's worth trying if you've got the risk appetite to do it but if you haven't done it yet better stick with single bets yet or if you want to try with a parlay but stick on low odds. Just because you've got limited capital doesn't mean you needed to do a parlay, it's more risky and you could deplete that capital in no time.

My personal opinion:
Single bets allow you to win consistently by betting on this favorite team the chances of winning are much greater... the scenario is maybe 10 of the single bets made are likely to win 7.

Parlay... this is what makes many people addicted and challenging because they want to get big odds, once again 1 losing team is included in the parlay that your bet will lose.

If possible, do not choose more than 3 teams for parlay because more than that is difficult to win.

The riskier decisions you take is the higher returns is bets returns and the lesser risk you takes is the lower your bets returns. You can't cheat it.
 Parlay is strategy to increase your returns especially when you don't have enough to go in some few sounds in case of lost, but on the process of expanding your returns you might get cut short.
Betting on single games maybe less risky and if you can actually keep it up in the long term, you can really gather some profits but the problem is patient and contentment because, this is where parlay has bets had to come in if the concern is focused on big profits at the end of the day.

So many have tried to make a fixed deposit in a casino, with a bankroll of --say a grand, all in a way to make the most out of parley bets, but it doesn't just work that way. I'm not in the position to decide which games you wager on, but if you want to try on something, why not just minimize your bankroll and try the two options? Parleys and single bets.... That's like staking on Accumulators and the multiples, since the only big disadvantage of betting on parleys only is that if one selection on the ticket loses, the whole ticket is a loss regardless of the outcome. Sometimes, near wins like losing the first game on the ticket and winning on the rest can be highly discouraging. Instead of risking that big, just do the singles as well.

I think for now we can't compare parlay betting with singles because things like this depend on the judgment and perspective of each depending on the wishes of the gambler himself.

It is worth trying, it helps persons like me avoid betting with much larger capitals on single bets. It must not be accross the week to avoid betting on a single match, you can also bet on different matches within the day or across two days or any way you feel is best for you.

Personally I don't bet on matches for more than two days in a row, I don't like my expectations hanging on a rope for long, I like seeing the outcome within the least possible timing and go again the next day or couple of days depending on my schedule.

From my personal experience with sport betting, the more legs you add to your bet, it starts to slowly become something more reminiscent to slots than a 50/50 change of getting your more plus your profit.
