I don’t know the average paycheck of a casino employee but I am sure as hell it is above the minimum wage.

You are correct if this casinos will be able to run a signature campaign very well in this forum and also run good advert in different platform then I believe they will be paying their employees very well and remember if they are not paid very well they can start doing things that may affect the company so I believe they are paid very well, I have a friend who has a bet store in my town his an agent of the bet company and they pay base on the amount of people that comes to his store to place bet and they pay him very well according to what he told me so I believe those who are working with them as there staff will be paid very well and the bigger the gambling company the bigger they will pay their staff I believe so.

I also don't see a problem in the gambling industry, it has normal competition like any other industries and if anybody in the industry doesn't fit in either owners or employees they should leave. The gambling industry has never been better especially with the start of cryptocurrency in online gambling, the innovations has been massive by my estimation. Maybe there are some levels of stagnancies at the top, if there is I believe that they will be working to upgrade on them. I cannot say that the gambling industry is part of declining and stagnant industries because we have far more gamblers today than years back when it was just physical casinos.

The competition becomes tougher that’s why some casino feels stuck since reputable casino get most of the player while small casino just share on the small percentage that frequently just jumping on different casino to try different offers.

you're right that the barrier to entry has changed massively. It's not just maturity, it's the actual cost and complexity now.

With so many competitors these days, and they are growing like mushrooms, you need to think of ways how to be unique in this market. if you don’t move with the trend, you will be stucked. It you don’t ask for ways to become better and chart your ways towards it. You will feel stuck. You are not smart to start adopting different ideas and updated templates, you will remain stuck. That’s what happens in the banking industry among other financially related industries who seems to be more affected with trends and rapid growth. The gambling business is a business and like every other businesses out there it also needs upgrades and adoption of new technologies. If they stuck, they should quit their job on gambling-related work and search for other work which gives better salary. Perhaps the income could be bigger in gambling-related work which makes them stay and works in that field. They thinks that there are no better work from gambling with big income so they still stay to their work.

Where did you get this from OP? Do you have a family member or friend who is running a casino and having stucked problem? I don't understand, gambling is one if not the most profitable business anyone can run except they don't know what they are doing.

Most people feel stuck in gambling because they come here in the beginning with a lot of enthusiasm, probably led by some videos they have seen of people hitting huge max wins. The reality is very different though as you cannot easily hit a max win in gambling right away, most people get disappointed when they are met with this reality. They do not accept this reality and continue to try and hit that max win which makes people feel stuck, pretty much like 9-5 rat race we all or almost all are faced with everyday.
